Katsuki Bakugo learns his quirk is causing him to go deaf, but he refused to tell anyone. He makes do with the hearing he has left and lip reading, but what happens when hes paired up with the one boy he cant hear?

Later in the day, ponytail gathered the class up for what she declared was "Tea Time." When I got there I sat at the farthest possible place from Todoroki, so do tell me why he was staring at me the whole time?
After ten minutes or so of ignoring him, I finally gave up glared at him dead on. After a second or two Todoroki FINALLY turned away, and took the first sip of his tea.
I could clearly see Kirishima glancing at us throughout this exchange, but was smart and kept his mouth shut, both about Todorokis staring and the events from earlier.
After the class went their separate ways, I headed back to my room. Once I settled in on my bed with a book, I saw a shadow and turned to see Todoroki knocking on my window. Grumbling, I went up to let him in. "What do you want?" I asked, not noticing I had just interupted whatever he was about to say.
As he began to speak, I gave him a deadpanned stare until he once again remembered to slow down and talk clearly so I could read his lips.
"So... Now that I know why you were ignoring me, can we continue hanging out like we were last week?"
I rolled my eyes, he had obviously completely disreguarded the events that had transpired after I woke up. Yet I felt a sense of relief. Not only had he came up with his own reasoning to as why I avoided him, he still wanted to spend time with me. Whether I was deaf or not, too.
After some idle chit chat, Todoroki finally mentioned how late it was getting and went back to his own room, giving me a wave before he left, causing me to smile.
Things slowly went back to our odd normal, except him now understanding why I needed him to repeat himself, and how to make the proccess of communicating smoother for both of us.
(Honestly this is a really short chapter. Because otherwise it would be way too long so...yeah. Whatever. Its not like you have to wait for the next chapter anyway, right? Here Ill add a cute todobaku image to make up for it. Art is NOT mine. And remember to keep breathing kids.)
