"𝐖𝐄 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐃 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘 be here for at least an hour," Gabriella voiced as she talked to Laura on the phone. They were pulling up to the location where Carlisle had instructed they shall meet for the training session that Jasper was leading, but the red haired vampire wanted to check on the kiddos.
"Is it a bad time to be nervous?" Nathan asked his girlfrie as she ended the phone call.
Gabriella laughed before beginning to braiding her hair. "Never thought I'd hear those words erupt from you."
"Well that before I realized how intimidating your family looks." Nathan stated as he watched the family of vampires train amongst themselves. "How much information did you give them about me?"
"Well I told them—" Gabriella trailed off realizing she never really mentioned anything about him aside from him imprinting on her. "—it doesn't matter what they say or the opinions they have, I love you and that's never gonna change."
Nathan smiled, leaning to capture a sweet kiss from his girlfriend. He adores the simple kisses, stolen ones - the ones he least expect. The kisses on the cheek, the kisses on his shoulders, the kisses against his knuckles. He loves it all, he melts within the touch of her lips.
"I love you." He mumbled against her lips.
Three simple words, but the way he had said it, he said it with his chest, not his head. It felt perfect. A shared intimate moment between two lovers.
Gabriella pulled away, beaming. "I love you too."
A sudden knock on the passenger window, interrupted the couple's loving moment. The duo turned their heads to see Emmett standing there with a mischievous smile.
Gabriella rolled down her window, looking at her brother with a raised eyebrow. "What are you up to?"
"Nothing. I just happened to witness the cutest moment ever." Emmett said in a teasing tone.
Gabriella groaned at her brother's words. "Stalker."
"Can't help it, considering you've been gone for over a year, there's no way I'm letting you out of my sight." Emmett stated sheepishly.
"Spoken like a true older brother." Nathan chimed in with a chuckle. "I'm gonna assume you're Emmett."
"And you're Nathan, my new brother-in-law." Emmett replied.
