Although the US administration made sure, in cooperation with other countries of the world, that the news about the signal from space remained a secret, it was not possible to cover up all possible sources from which the news could have leaked. Anonymous paranormal researchers, fanatics obsessed with the existence of extraterrestrial life, theorists of grand, political conspiracies, and people who were excessively bored with life, began to closely follow world events after the Prague incident took place.

Even though they had unreliable data, some claiming that they came up with it themselves, some that the data was published by Anonymous, and some that friends in the government helped them get the data, they chased journalists to deliver the most sensational story. Although behind the scenes the main story was the incident in Prague itself, why so many government agents found themselves in such a place, drawing the attention of those who did not excessively want to wade into political waters and its currents looked in the direction of the reported disappearance of the director of the Prague news agency.

First the incident in Prague, then the reporting of his disappearance. Workers at the agency also reported to the Czech police signs of a struggle in his office, with a broken door, a destroyed computer, and bullet casings. The police concluded that there were several attackers and that they were in a great hurry. Theoretically speaking, they suspected the incident that took place that night, because they received a call from the agency itself, from the same phone number, about a shooting in front of the building.

That same night, Andrej Babiš himself was aware of the situation, like everyone else, he immediately began to suspect the involvement of French and Canadian operatives, because the day before he refused to hand over the director of the agency to their authorities. Without specific clues that could shed light on this situation, it fell to Andrej Babiš himself to go his own way and solve this case with his own methods.

He called several of his contacts in France, mostly in Paris, Marseilles, and Bordeaux, to investigate possible French involvement in the "Prague Incident." Saying that he had reasonable suspicion that France was the main perpetrator of he incident, his men set out to research this very specific case. It was not easy to stand on firm feet in this case, especially when everyone refuses to cooperate with curious journalists. One after another, French officials turned them away, pushed them away, and told them not to return unless they had more normal questions besides the "Prague Incident."

Then a member of the French Ministry of Defense, a lower-ranking bureaucrat, said that he might know something about the "Prague Incident." Wanting to meet and discuss it, he told journalist Simon Dubois and journalist Marcella Bernard to meet him in Marseilles at the port of Marseille-Fos, to move through the side streets to make sure no one was following them, before entering the port, and meeting him.

And so it was, Simon Dubois and Marcella Bernard listened to his advice, and indeed, it seemed as if someone was constantly following them. After half an hour of avoiding suspicious people, they reached the port, where they noticed that someone was approaching them. 

"Jacques Renault." He said, heading towards one of the cafes. Without a word, Simon Dubois and Marcella Bernard followed him, until they took a seat in a busy bar, hidden from easy recognition, hidden in the crowd.

"I want to get straight to the point, so we don't have to waste time. You could have guessed that someone was following you, so let's get do this quickly. A cruise ship passing by Kerguelen Island leaves this port in about half an hour and will most likely be filled with our anti-terrorist units. As you might have guessed, there are connections to the incident that took place in Prague between the night of the 22nd and 23rd of this month, and our government is trying to hide its involvement."
