Canada, Ottawa,

Canadian Government Building

The day passed quite normally, special Echo-Units left from Saskatchewan, for one with trained members of the "Journalist Team", while CIA agents occupied Ottawa, keeping it completely under their control, under the direct supervision of special, Canadian operative Millard Crowstone. CIA agents were deployed tactically throughout the city, in groups of three, or even five, depending on whether their investigation covered Canada's government institutions or just bureaucratic buildings of lesser importance.

Dust and Raffley, along with Echo-Two, were already within striking distance of the Canadian government building, awaiting further orders. Anticipating the involvement of CIA agents, they feared their presence for unhindered movement through Ottawa, while tracking Pietro Poiliev's movement towards the headquarters of the Conservative Party of Canada.

"Echo-Two on the line, Dust, Raffley, can you hear me?"

"Crystal loud and clear, Echo-Two." They started talking over the radio, splitting up before they would meet about a hundred meters from the government building.

"My men and I will follow the events on the street, and examine the situation with the American agents." You head for the government building, and try to find a way to sound Trudeau's office.''

"So we just get close to his office, find enough hidden places that he won't suspect, and get out of the office?"

"Exactly Dust. Echo-Two is logging off."

"Received, Echo-Two. Looks like it's just the two of us Raffley now." He just nodded, and after adjusting their sunglasses, and adjusting their new hairstyles as well, they headed towards the government building, hoping to succeed in their mission.

Entering that bureaucratic complex, they decided to split up immediately, to cover as much ground as possible, and not to appear entirely suspicious, although it was clear to both of them that the members of the government would be extremely suspicious when they saw two men in their twenties, sneaking around the government with sunglasses and a backpack on their back. This way at least one of them would have a chance to escape.

Passing by members of the Privy Council, and local Canadian parties, they had no problem sneaking into the video surveillance room, where they planned to continue their little anti-Trudeau adventure. Opening the unlocked door with light hand movements, looking to see if there was anyone behind it.

Closing the door behind him, Dust signaled for Raffley to kick the supervisor out, which Raffley did. He immediately sat in his place, while Dust tucked the supervisor into the small closet that was there, covering him with suits and uniforms, placing him in a sitting-lying position. Signaling to Raffley that everything was safe for now, he walked over to the door, and locked it instantly, to avoid an incident of comical proportions.

"You have access to all the cameras?" Dust asked, taking a chair and sitting next to Raffley.

"Yes, it looks like all the hallways are under heavy video surveillance, as are the other offices and rooms, except for Trudeau's office. Which is the least bit surprising to me, I would have expected his office to be filmed."

"Can you get directions to his office?"

"Give me a minute off the top of your head, it shouldn't take long."

"Sure thing." Dust replied, getting up from his chair and picking up the radio. "Echo-Two, Dust on the line. Do you hear me?"

"Dust, Echo-Two on the line. Is there any problem?"
