SCACU Command Headquarters
March 2, 2020
The Special Canadian Anti-Canadian Unit was busy this time of year or any time of year in general. After they managed to intercept the signal from space and translate it a week and a half ago, they realized that the time had finally come for the main confrontation with Justin Trudeau, which they had been preparing for since General Coleridge and Lizard had formed this unit.
The rest of the "Journalist Team" was also prepared to take part in the fight against the Canadian authorities, with peace of mind, knowing that their friends were alive and that nothing terrible had happened to them. The plan devised by General Coleridge at the general meeting of the military junta was simple but ambitious. Start with terrorist attacks across Canada, to let Trudeau know that he will never again in his life feel what it means to live peacefully in the prime minister's chair.
Dust, one of the younger members of the "Journalist Team", was alone in front of the entrance to the command headquarters, reading some kind of book that he found in the improvised library. The training for this week was finally over, and everyone was in their places for entertainment or hobby. General Coleridge was looking for a document he needed after they had concluded the day's meeting of the military junta with a few people from the Official Opposition of Canada.
"What are you doing here all alone?" General Coleridge asked, opening a drawer and rummaging through it.
"It's peaceful here, and I don't like to read where there's noise," Dust answered, not taking his eyes off his book. "How was the meeting with that libertarian?"
"How do you know about that meeting?" The general asked in confusion, opening a folder that had the name Pierre Poilievre written on it.
"It's no secret that you're trying to find someone to support you after we finally get going. And Mr. Pierre Poilievre is a fierce opponent of Prime Minister Trudeau. He is the logical, Youtube-esque choice."
"Okay, that makes sense when you put it that way. I have a question for you if that's not a problem for you?"
"Ask me anything you want."If I'm not mistaken, your training is under the direct supervision of the Echo Unit, correct?" General Coleridge asked, placing the folder in his bag,
"Yes, Echo-Two to be exact." Dust replied, closing the book, knowing that General Coleridge wanted something specific from him.
"Who else is with you?"
"Raffley. Just the two of us."
"Today in the session we discussed the possibility of infiltrating the Canadian government, but we didn't know where to start." We do not need proximity to Justin Trudeau personally, although it would be desirable, we want to know exactly what is happening in the ministries and parties."
"You want the two of us to spy for you?"
"You can say that, yes."
"What's in it for us?"
"What do you think you get out of it?"
"We are not official members of SCACU, and Echo-Units are also paid for. I think you see where my question is leading the generals." The general sighed lightly but still decided to accept the monetary condition that Dust had set for him.
"You have no problem with that. We will pay you the same as we pay Echo-Units. Does that suit you?"
"Of course. You see, general, how we can agree on everything when we know the same language?"
