Y/N point of view
As I glided gracefully through the clouds, I looked at the island where I lived. It was a wonderful place, so far away from everything and everyone that no one could find us.
But... Now I wanted to discover new places, new dragons. Even though I begged my father many times, he was very protective of me. Really, he's overprotective.
Still, I didn't stop begging my father every day. I knew there were many more Night Furies out there.
In the pack I belonged to, apart from my father and me, there was a Light Fury type couple. Moreover, this couple had a son and daughter my age. We grew up together and..-
I giggled and roared as a white figure flew quickly behind me, leaving me behind. I stopped flapping my wings and dived down, securing my wings to either side of my body. Once I gained enough speed, I spread my wings and caught up with the Light Fury in front of me.
"You don't know who you're competing with, Light!"
Light roared happily, dropping a little lower towards the island and flying towards her brother, who was napping on a high rock, disturbing him with her wind. I laughed at Ice grunting awake and followed Light down to the ground.
"Don't you two have anything else to do?" Ice jumped over the cliff where he was sleeping and flew towards us.
"No, but I think it will be soon." I spoke, drawing their attention.
"Hey. What are you planning Y/N?"
I looked around and, seeing no one in sight, approached them. "I... I want to leave this island now."
Ice and Light looked at each other in surprise and spoke at the same time. "What?"
"Kids, please! I'm tired of doing the same things, seeing the same places every day. I want to see the real world, but I can't do it without you! When night comes, if you can distract the dragons just for a while-"
"You want to see the real world without us? Are you kidding Y/N!"
This time I was the one who was surprised as Light screamed silently with excitement. Ice, on the other hand, seemed quite undecided on this issue.
When Light couldn't hear anything from her brother, she turned towards him. "Uh.. I guess you don't want to come bro.."
"If you think I'm going to leave you two young dragons alone, you're absolutely wrong, ladies."
