•I imagine that Silco is not the type of person that just goes acknowledging his feelings much less allows himself to have them

•He already had Jinx to know that sometimes it was more of a distraction than anything else

•Not only that but he also thought about if someone wanted to hurt his partner just for the sake of his misery

•He had this kind of thaught for a long time, but that was until he met you!

•You started working at The Last Drop as the new bartender as Chuck (as Jinx referred to him) had finally had enough and quit

•He normally would not go as far as getting to know his new emplolyers, as that was Sevika's job, but on that especific day he was tired of having to deal with stupid people in his office all day and went to the bar area

•When he saw you he couldn't deny you had very attractive features, but didn't think anything of it

•It wans't until he finally sat at the bar and hat a chat with you that he actually found how interesting you were, not afraid of him just cause he was your boss and also managing to talk about topics that some would avoid just cause his the master of the Undercity after all

•So after this first night it became a habit of him to get down every time your shift was ending and have a chat with a glass with you

•I can imagine that after some months the realization came on a day you called in sick, so when he was in the middle of a shit ton of paperwork he realized how he missed you, and then just sat for a long time thinking about his feelings 

•I'm not gonna lie thought, he definitely went to his goons and was like "Go and find every detail about their life" just for safety reasons, this man needs to have his full trust in the people he wants around him 

•And after he found nothing he went straight on asking you out
