A drago man can tolerate extreme cold condition without layer clothes just with the inbuilt fire in his body fueled by the inner dragon. Though they can't exactly define their inner power it's inevitable not to notice the difference.
When Markov was 25 , he found the right drago man in the North ice land, when an otherwise normal teenager got lost in a terrible snow avalanche and miraculously survived for five days under ice.
On hearing that news Markov personally travelled to iceland to visit the boy after his rescue. He aided the orphan boy with real care because of his obsession for dragons. The boy felt gratitude for Markov.
Jeon Jackov is the name of the orphan boy who Markov believed to be a possible drago boy. From the age of 15 Markov took care of that boy like his own brother, because he needed Jeon for achieving his goal.
Though Markov had his own selfish reasons, he started petting the boy like his own pet with affection and care. Jeon felt really grateful for his king's affection and ready to serve him anywhere and everywhere.
Markov tried everything to turn Jeon in to a dragon by giving him rigorous training, put his life under danger in controllable environment but he failed miserably everytime.
Despite of Markov's denial, Uncle Vlad even put Jeon in front rows of dangerous war to bring his dragon side, but no one could lay his hands on Jeon because of his excellent skills.
Now Jeon is 25 years old and he become stronger and smarter warrior but he showed no signs of changing in to a dragon. Markov made him the general of Flav army .
Markov knew about the bonding thing between a drago man and bird human which can stimulates and bring out the hidden power in them. So he decided to find a winged person ( a bird human ) for Jeon.

Everyone called Ji Min crazy when he revealed the truth. Tae was in confusion but he also couldn't believe the wing thing. Later this story is considered to be Ji Min's imagination. Ji min decided to hide the truth to protect Tae.
