A lot transpired after Tae left Ji min's chamber. Tae had been summoned by the head to inquire about the events of previous night, without Ji min or Jeon present. Tae had arranged for servants to deliver lunch for Ji min and then headed to the head's chamber, standing there in front of the chamber, unsure of what to say or how to react to the sudden situation.
Ji min couldn't discuss this situation with Tae before hand, so Tae had decided to reveal the truth to the head about what had happened in the tent. The truth was that Tae and Jeon loved each other, and not much had occurred the previous night. Tae believed that if the head knew the truth, he might reconsider the wedding. However, Tae was unaware of the head's determination.
Just before Tae entered the head's chamber, Mila noticed his worried demeanor in front of the head's office. She knew Tae was troubled by something, so she approached and stood by his side, offering support.
"Anyong... Taehyung!! I'm Mila... the head's daughter... and the Queen's friend...." Mila introduced herself.
"Anneyongasseyo, Mila shi... I know you well..." Tae replied with a fragile voice.
"Drop the honorifics... we are friends from now... why are you so worried? Is it about last night?" Mila asked...
"No... no, yeah... nothing happened... nothing much happened... I don't know what to... I love Jeon hyung... I'm sorry...." Tae hesitantly confessed.
"You don't have to be sorry... I know everything, and I've got this. I'll tell you what you should tell the head." Mila offered help
"It's okay... I can handle it."
"You can trust me... I know you, the Queen, and Jeon don't want this wedding to happen... I would have reacted differently if I had found out about this yesterday, but now... I want the same as you three. I will help you..." Mila said, offering comfort to Tae. Tae felt slightly relieved in Mila's supportive presence.

Meanwhile, Ji min rushed to get ready the moment he learned that the head had summoned Tae from the servents who brought lunch. He disregarded the King's requests to stay and hurried to the head's chamber, even in his nightwear, with morning hair, and no footwear.
Ji min had no time to spare for appearances, he knew Tae would be struggling alone, uncertain about what to do Jimim rushes...
Markov understood the urgency of the situation and got ready to meet the head, as time was running out to stop the wedding. He, too, could not afford to let the wedding proceed. Markov searched for Jeon but found no trace of him near his chamber.

Head, Mila, Tae, Ji min, and even Yoongi had gathered in the head's chamber. Ji min had arrived just in time when the head started questioning Tae. He instructed Tae to remain silent and not answer any of the head's questions.
Markov entered the chamber just behind Ji min, and everyone kneeled except Ji min and Yoongi. Markov, focused on the head, didn't notice Yoongi and proceeded straight to the head.
"Welcome, my King... it's an honor to have you here for my daughter's wedding," the head bowed from his kneeling position.
"Cancel this wedding... or be ready to fight me and my soldiers..." Markov's voice thundered through the chamber.
"My King! This is not fair... everything is set for the wedding, and my people have started to prepare... it's unfair for our village..." The head stood up in shock and tried to convince King Markov.

Things escalated quickly, and it went on like a never ending argument, so to avoid a war, Ji min suggested a solution.
"Mila was betrothed to my husband, and I'm the intruder who spoiled the whole engagement. I feel responsible for the whole situation. If Mila accepts, I'll ask Markov to take her as his second wife. This way, we don't have to force or ruin anyone's life. Trust me, Head... I'll take care of Mila as my sister," Ji min proposed.
