Jeon instructed a soldier to bring food for Tae, although Tae wasn't actually hungry. Tae's intention was to delay Jeon and engage in a conversation. During dinner, Tae took the opportunity to express his intentions for the night.

"Hyung? Please don't take it wrong. It's not that I don't trust you...." Tae shared hesitantly while eating slowly.

"If you try to stop me tonight, it would only take it as you don't trust me..." Jeon said firmly.

"Why are things getting complicated now? You were all understanding back in the cave....??? What happened now??" Tae pouted.

"In the cave, Ji min advised me to keep my distance from you. Despite that promise...., I struggled to resist you. Now, think about the desire I'm battling... When I'm supposed to do...." Jeon tried to explain, but interrupted by Tae..

"Nobody told you that we have to be intimate tonight." Tae pouts

"Practically everyone in this village knows what im supposed to do now..... besides How do you think I can resist when you're so tempting? Tempting like a rippened fruit..." Jeon confessed.

"Tempting like a fruit? And what about my feelings? Do they even matter?" Tae pretended to be upset.

"What about them? I won't force anything on you. I'm certain about that. It's you.... who is uncertain about what you really want.... ."

"I know what I want." Tae snapped

"Do you think you can resist me?"

"Of course, I can."

"Can you handle me? Are you really that confident? " Jeon asked pointing to himself...

"Yeah, I think...... I can....." Tae hesitated.

"If that's the case, then no need for arguments. If you're sure you don't want anything and you're confident in resisting, there's no problem. We won't get close unless you want it. Lets seperate the beds..." Jeon snapped

"We don't need separate beds. I love you, and I know where you'll be tomorrow night if things don't go as planned. I'll miss you, so let me sleep beside you without touching," Tae said confidently.

"Now who's making things complicated? How is that even possible?"

"Think of me as your fellow soldier. It's possible" Tae said casually.

"That's a good idea. I'll consider you my fellow soldier," Jeon said with a teasing smirk.

Meanwhile, in Ji min's chamber...

"Minie, you're really taking a big risk with this girl. I'm getting worried about leaving you alone with her..... something feels wrong..." Yoongi stated concerned...

"Who said I want you to leave? I'm worried myself. She's quite quick, and I fear she might jump on me. You can just stay on that couch near the entrance. I'll tell her you're guarding me. Hopefully, she won't push any boundaries with you present in the chamber" Ji min replied.

"That sounds better. I'll stick close. I think.....It's the right thing to do..." Yoongi agreed.

"By the way, did our seven birds pass you the powder I asked for?" Ji min inquired.

"Yeah, they did. What's this powder for?" Yoongi asked curiously.

"It's a kind of cheek powder. But when inhaled at close range, it makes humans faint within seconds..." Ji min explained.

"Are you planning to use this on your face? What if you accidentally inhale and faint?" Yoongi questioned.

"Come on, I'm not a regular human..." Ji min teased.
