It was Monday and Chrissy has decided to resign from work since it was what Sandro wants. She didn't want to break up with him and she was left with no choice but to resign. She didn't want to resign but she got annoyed with Alex. Alex was a client and she stalked her every time he had time and wanted to talk to her all the time. One night he texted her and got her number because he kept pestering her. She thought Alex would leave if she left the bank late at night, but he was waiting outside the branch.
She wasn't afraid of him, but she was annoyed at the attention he gave her. She couldn't turn her down rudely since she was a client. Her manager urged her to sell insurance to him. She refused since it would make him misunderstand. She didn't tell Sandro about this since she knew Sandro would get jealous.
At work, she waited for the manager to arrive. Sir Jerry arrived after having business meeting with clients. She finished her work and approached Sir Jerry's table.
"Sir Jerry, I have decided to resign since my parents are afraid of my safety. Sir Alex's advances are unwanted. I have no intention of leading him on. I also barely passed my evaluation and my parents decided that the best decision is to resign from the company. I'm very sorry that I disappointed you." Chrissy explained to her manager but Sandro's jealousy is the reason why she wanted to resign.
"Can you work until January 15?"
"Yes, Sir Jerry."
