Taylor
After Joe's injury he was miserable however today was his first day finally back to practice. Joe was so happy and so was I because I couldn't deal with Joe being so upset about not practicing.
Me and him are driving in together right now and I ask "You excited to be back babe?" as I pull up to my parking spot and he nods "You have no idea" he says then looks at me "Hey, thanks for putting up with me these last two weeks I know I haven't been the easiest to work with" he says.
I smile and lean over kissing his cheek "Don't worry about it, I loved getting to be able to spend more time with you" I say. He smiles and we both get into the facility "How about tonight I take you out for dinner as a thank you?" he suggests and I smile and nod. I lean up and kiss his cheek "I would love that babe" I say. He smiles and walks to the locker room.
-After practice-
I get my stuff together super quickly to get out of here to get ready for the dinner date. Me and Joe haven't had a date in FOREVER so I was very excited. Abby must have noticed and asks me "What's got you running out of here?" making me look at her and smile "Joe is taking me out to dinner to thank me for taking care of him while he was injured" I say.
She gasps "You guys haven't been on a date in a while! Awh Tay I am so happy for you!" she says and I smile and nod "I know, I can't wait for it so I wanna get out of here and get ready" I say and she nods "You go then, I don't wanna keep you from getting ready" she says.
I smile and walk out seeing Joe waiting at the car making me smile and run up wrapping my arms around his neck "There's my pretty girl" he says kissing my head "Let's go" he says.
-At the date-
When I got home I threw on a cute black dress along with some strappy black heels leaving my hair natual and doing light makeup. We pulled up to a very fancy and expensive restaurant making me shocked and look over at Joe "Joe this place is like really expensive..." I say as he parks the car. He looks at me and shrugs "I know, I said I wanted to thank you so why not take you to a fancy restaurant like here?" he says.
I chuckle "Honestly this is all so nice but it could have been somewhere simple but I thank you for taking me here babe" I say leaning over kissing him. I feel him kiss back and then pull away "I know but you're more special then a basic place Taylor" he says getting out. He walks to the door and opens it up for me helping me out.
I can't help but smile taking his hand and walking to the restaurant. I look at the place as we walk in as Joe talks to the hostess and soon we're walking to the table. I see it's a table away from everyone and it looks so romantic. I smile as Joe pulls my chair out for me "Such a gentleman" I laugh as he chuckles and sits down.
We soon order water and champagne and the waiter walks away and I look at Joe as he takes my hand in his "But really Taylor, thank you for taking care of me, especially after how I yelled at you that day you came right away and helped me" he says. I smile squeezing his hand in a supportive way "I know, I even said no matter how mad you are at me and I am mad at you I will always help you Joe" I say.
He smiles kissing my hand making me blush and then the waiter comes up and we order our food and go back to talking "Still you even stuck by me and took time off of practice for me and I feel like I haven't done much to help you especially after all we've been through" he says and you can tell he means every word he's say just by the look in his eye and I smile "Joe, that doesn't matter to me I wanted to make sure you were ok, I love you no matter what and I will always help you" I say.
-After the date-
We walk into Joe's house, if you're wondering yes I moved in after taking care of him the last two weeks, and I can't stop staring at him. He looks so good tonight in his black button up with black dress pants. His hair is styled so well right now and my god he's wearing his cologne that makes him smell so clean. I watch as he walks to the kitchen and gets a cup of water.
I may have had a few cups of champagne and am feeling really good. I walk into the kitchen and up to Joe wrapping my arms around his neck. He looks down at me and smiles "Hey beautiful" he says. I smile and lean up kissing his lips. He kisses back pulling me into him.
I smile and pull away slowly and look at him going up the stairs leaving Joe speechless. He soon comes to the stairs "Wait wait what was that??" he asks and I smirk shrugging "Guess you'll have to come and follow to see what it was" I say taking my heels off.
I turn away walking to our bedroom feeling Joe follow. I smirk as he closes the door walking over to our bed and sitting down. He walks up "You're not getting away this time babe" he says kissing my lips. I kiss back placing a hand on the back of his neck as he lays me back hovering over me.
Lets just say he really showed how thankful he was that night.
