Rishabh entered his room after a while and sighed seeing Devangini sitting on his bed. The girl he wanted in his life now was his wife still he couldn't be as happy as he should've been due to the circumstances. He walked up to her and stood beside the bed.

"Kuch kehena tha aapko, Rao?"Devangini asked.

"Aap? Rao?"Rishabh asked and chuckled before adding,"yeh sab bolna kisne sikhaya? Aai neh?"

Devangini nodded and replied,"haan. Aur kaha hai ki aapki sewa karu humesha."

Rishabh sat beside her and said,"haan humare khaandan ka riwaz hain yeh. Vayini log bhi vohi bolti hain Bhaiya aur Bhai ko, magar akele mein nahi. Aur yeh sewa mewa main kar lunga teri,"he chuckled and added,"tu mujhe naam se hi pukarna."

"Nahi, main aapko Rao hi bulaungi,"Devangini said.

Rishabh sighed and said,"lekin tu humare taur tarike apnayegi toh main tere baap ka shartey kaise pura karunga? Yeh taur tarike iss ghar ke hain. Main toh tujhe yaha se lekar Mumbai chala jaunga."

Devangini looked at him and held his arm while replying,"unke sharth unki jagah aur yaha ke riwaaz apni jagah. Aur suniye. Main jaanti hoon Papa kya karne ki koshish kar rahe hain. Aap pata nahi kaise agaye unke baaton mein."

Rishabh giggled while keeping his hand on his chin and asked,"accha? Toh kya karne ki koshish kar rahe hain sasurji?"

"Nasamajh banne ki acting matt kijiye abb."

"Nahi bata na kya karne ki koshish kar rahe hain?"

"Aapko mujhse durr rakhne ki koshish kar rahe hain. Aur kya? Voh acche se jaante hain ki kitna mushkil hoga humare liye adjust kar paana. Khaas kar aapke liye. Aise hi chhoti chhoti baaton se pati patni ke bich misunderstandings hoti hain."

"Itna weak thodi hain humara pyaar ki chhay mahiney adjust karke nahi rehe payenge. Haan bohot mushkil hoga I know. Par Gini, humara pyaar kam nahi hoga. Dekhna."

"Aapko kya lagta hain, Papa koi koshish nahi karenge waha aapke liye problems create karne ki? Jaan bujhkar Mumbai kaha unhone kiyuki unka jaan pehechaan aur power aap par bhaari parega waha."

"Aur voh khud nazar rakhenge hum pe,"Rishabh said and chuckled before adding"pata hain mujhe acche se. Lekin Gini voh bhi papa hain na tere. Apne beti ko jiskey haathon denge uski test toh lenge hi."

"Ajeeb ho aap. Matlab unki beti ko utha laaye abb unki tarafdaari kar rahe ho. Papa khud ajeeb hain, unka damaad bhi ajeeb hain. Dono opposite yet same to same. Main na unke paas bhi nahi rahungi aapke paas bhi nahi rahungi,"Devangini said making a face.

Rishabh laughed while hugging her and said,"tu humesha hi mere paas hi rahegi. Baas kuch mahino ki baat hain Gini. Tu bhi toh yahi chahati hain na ki tere papa humein accept karle. Toh baas six months it is."

Devangini hugged him back and said,"mujhe aapke liye bohot darr lag raha hain. Bohot zyaada."

"Darne ki kya baat hain? Tu hogi naa mere sath. Dekhna we will be happy even in that chawl."

"Iss baat ka yakeen hain mujhe. I'll be happy with you. Bass aap apne gusse par kabu rakhna haan. Koi maarpit matt karna waha. Waha main rahi hoon. Haan chawl mein nahi rahi but sheher ka pata hain mujhe."

"Teri harr baat maanke chalunga main. Pakka."

"Good boy. Chaliye soh jaiye abb."

"Kya matlab soh jaiye?"Rishabh said before making her lie down on the bed. He chuckled and towered over her after removing his sherwani, and added,"abhi toh raat shuru hui hain."
