Roe's POV

I looked around fascinated by the sight in front of me. I looked from one corner to another admiring the place.

The palace was magnificent!

Yet there's an odd feeling in my chest telling me there's something more to it.

I turn towards my sister and I found her staring at a handsome young blonde. He's staring at her too.

They're too caught up in there stare that the blonde didn't notice an older man calling his attention.

My eyebrows furrowed as he walked towards us but was stopped by the older man. He was dragged to the center of the hall.

"Welcome home Jerrod! Son of our mayor Robert West and Valerie West!" The other man said as the blonde boy situated between a woman and the older man who dragged him. He waved and smiled at the guests in front of him.

So that was the mayor's son. I thought.

I looked again to my sister, she's gawking at the boy. I just smirked at the sight of her. She got starstrucked by the boy, I guess.

I looked past her to another double door, feels like there is something pulling me towards that door.

Out of curiousity I stood up from my chair and started walking.

"Where are you going?" My sister called me from behind.

I didn't bother answering her, she's tailing me anyway. I just continued to walk. We slid past the door and walk through a lobby. We walk farther and found a stairway leading down. We continued to walk. I felt the pull was starting to get stronger as we came face to face with a golden door.

As if on cue, it opened for us and we entered the room. It was huge and it looked empty. On the wall facing us is a huge portrait of a man and a woman.

A king and queen perhaps.

Robin moved past me towards the portrait and gasp. I stared at it intently and my eyes grew wide.

The woman! It is her! The woman in our dreams.

"Mother." Robin whispered.

She turn to look at me. I saw tears in her eyes. She's shaking and looked very confused. I open my mouth to say something but not a word came out. I just stood there dumbfounded. There were several empty canvass on the wall I noticed.

Then there is that pull again. Robin must have felt it too. Our eyes landed on the couple of identical sword. One slightly bigger that the other. It felt like they were calling us. Begging for us to touch them. We look at eachother as we took a step towards it. Robin reached out her hand to touch it but I held her hand stopping her.

"It's calling for us Roe." She said.

"I know I can feel it too." I stared at her eyes. Her eyes reflected the same feeling I felt inside.

"Maybe if we touch it we could have our answers." She insisted with pleading eyes. I sigh.

"Robin, we have to go back to the party. We're tresspassing." I argued with her.

She just pouted and crossed her hands in her chest. "Say that to your self. You walk down here remember? And I just so happen to follow you here? Do you remember?"

I was about to answer but the pull from the swords became even stonger. They looked like they're trying to relay a message to us.

They're pulsing.

Robin reached out her hand again and I did not stop her. Instead, I reached out my hands towards one of the swords.

As our skin made contact with the swords memories flooded our minds.

The castle, our parents, the people. Their smiles, their laughter, their joy! Memories thats buried deep into our minds erupted flooding us with like an endless array of movies.

And that faithful night we kept on dreaming. It's real. We've been there. It happened.

The swords changed their appearance from dull and rusty to a magnificently perfect weapons.

Our weapons, made for us and only for us.

A stinging pain at my back made me drop on my knees. I heard Robin scream in pain and I looked at her back. She curles into a ball.

There were symbols burning the fabric of her gown and marking her skin. I felt it was happening at my back too.

"Robin!" I tried to reach for her but the pain kept on increasing. I am already panting. Beads of sweat trailing my face. She suddenly stopped screaming. I knew she already passed out.

As I slowly loose my consciousness I heard someone running towards our direction. I saw the young blonde standing at the door. Relief flooded me as I stare at him.

"Help! Please! Help my sister!" I begged him as darkness took over my senses. I passed out.
