There, she saw him. Drinking with her enemy.

"Okay," Aoi said, "You go through the secret doorway. I'll distract Shabana."
"Hai," Kanao said, "Arigatougozimasu, Aoi-chan!"
"No problem." Then Aoi reached into her pockets, took out a two packs of Pocky Sticks and two packs of spicy American chips called Takis. She walked into the main office.
"Daki-san," She said, "I brought us some snacks. Since it's already the end of the day, you can go home early." She set the snacks on the desk.
Daki flinched, which told Kanao that she knew something.
"Ano.. I'm not going home early!" She said in her glassy voice, "I need to stay!"
"Why?" Aoi asked innocently.
Daki flinched again, "Ano... because.. ano.. it's my shift!"
Aoi took a folded up paper out of her pocket. She unfolded it and said, "This schedule says that it's my turn."
Wow, Kanao thought, Aoi-chan really has everything in that pocket. Now I know what Nezuko-chan means when she says that her best friend has everything prepared at all times!
Daki pleaded, "Can I just work more shifts? Please?"
"Why are you being so suspicious, Daki-san?" Aoi asked.
Aoi-chan really knows what to say! Kanao was impressed, No wonder she mostly gets what she wants! She's really stubborn- in a good way! She really should try acting!
"A-Ano... there's nothing wrong about wanting to be the best ... er.. best worker!" Daki rapidly exclaimed, "Please, Aoi-san!"
"I don't want to get in trouble." Aoi said firmly, "What do you think Kamado-sama would say?"
For a moment, Kanao swore she saw an "oh, he'll let me pass, but not you" look on Daki's face. But it was wiped off in a second, and the girl put on a mad face.
"Daijobu!" She angrily got up, grabbed her phone and the snacks, and went to the elevator. Surely enough, she pressed the going up button.
When they were sure that Daki went upstairs, Aoi said, "She should've left. We should see what trouble she's up to now."
Coming into view, Mitsuri said, "I'll distract her. I can go up the stairs REALLY fast!"
Mitsuri ran up the stairs. Kanao and Nezuko followed after her.
Just in time, they saw Daki enter the lounge. Kanao and Nezuko proceeded to hide behind the door while Mitsuri went inside.
Daki was writing something on a paper.
"Daki-chan." Mitsuri said.
Daki jumped, making her pen fall to the ground. "NANI! You scared me! What do you want!?"
"Oh, gomenasai, Daki-chan. I was just going to tell you about the new vending machine. It's has your favorite, Iced Green tea! I've got some money!" Mitsuri walked up and grabbed Daki's hand, "Let's go!"
Mitsuri led Daki away, giving Kanao time to look at the note. Nezuko stayed where she was. It was a sticky note. On the note, bold words wrote sentences of discovery for Kanao.
Tanjiro-kun,
Kanzaki forced me to leave the desk early today, so you can't pick me up. I'll meet you at the place.
OXOX,
Daki-chan <3
Kanao wasn't surprised. She was probably going to put it on Tanjiro's door or something. She left it where it was and went to Nezuko.
