Tanjiro walked away without another word as Kanao stared outside the window for about 6 minutes straight.

Tanjiro held his breath and didn't move a single muscle. He carefully slipped his phone out of his pocket and took a picture of the only solid evidence that Daki cheated on Tanjiro.
He walked out numbly. He lost 2 people he love. One of them he loved. Past tense.
Tanjiro felt like he forgot how to drive when he crawled into his car. He opened his phone and found 1 more new message from Daki. 'Won't be back until 11 pm'
Glad you're having fun with your new boyfriend, Tanjiro sighed. Happy cheating! Then he went down the elevator and drove back home, waiting for Daki to come and then he could confront her.
After a long time of waiting(11pm) Daki finally came back home. She shut the door behind her and didn't even look at Tanjiro. Instead, she started typing something on her phone again.
"Daki, come here." Tanjiro demanded. Daki looked up.
"Nani? I- I'm doing something on my phone." She said.
"Well, did I ask? Come here. I need to show you something." Tanjiro repeated.
"Ugh, fine!" Daki rolled her eyes and typed one last sentence on the phone that Tanjiro assumes is saying goodbye to her boyfriend.
Tanjiro held his phone up in Daki's face as her jaw dropped.
She stepped back. "N-n-nani?! What in the world is t-that?" She stammered. "W-who is that?"
"Don't act dumb," Tanjiro commanded. "you know exactly who it is. And you and the dude took over our old spot together in the bar. Is he like a - replacement of me to you?" Tanjiro asked quietly. He didn't feel mad anymore. He felt hollow.
"I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT!" She argued.
Tanjiro shook his head miserably. "Stop denying! I have proof! It's right there on my phone!"
"UGGH! I AM LEAVING TO THE MALL!"
It's time for Tanjiro's jaw to drop to the ground. "Bruh! Nani???"
Daki turned and ran outside, climbed into her car and started the engine. Tanjiro hurriedly got in his own car and followed Daki to the mall, but she didn't seem to notice Tanjiro following her.
She walked into a huge mall and went to the jewelry section. Daki slipped her phone out and started calling someone. Tanjiro had only heard bits and pieces, since he was keeping a distance from Daki so she wouldn't notice him.
"Honey-kun..."
"... Hope diamond please~?"
"Not expsenive... 250 million..."
"... order online... Kudasai..."
"YAY!"
Tanjiro shifted uncomfortably. 250 million?!?!? How could the poor man afford for that?
Daki moved to the bag section when Tanjiro blinked, which is closer to him. He bit back a shriek as he quickly moved behind a barrier separating the sections and let out a sigh of relief. Tanjiro peeked his head out.
Daki was calling again. Tanjiro could hear more now since he is closer to Daki.
"I want another Fuchsia Diamond-Studded Hermes Birkin bag! The other one you bought when we first started dating a few months ago is so ugly and plain."
