"Lady Livinghell, would you like to join us for lunch?" Rune asked again the moment we stepped out of the café and into the parking lot.

I chose not to answer and was about to get into my car when Klyne suddenly spoke up, backing his cousin up—much to Rune's obvious delight.

It wasn't obvious at all that these two were teaming up on me, right? Sarcasm intended. They actually looked so happy just seeing me annoyed. Still, I agreed—not because I had no choice, but because I chose to. Anything was better than going back to that suffocating mansion and eating food from there.

"I agree! Let's have lunch together, Milady. There's no problem with you joining us... right?" Klyne said, and I raised an eyebrow at the teasing tone in his voice.

Well... it wouldn't be so bad eating with them anyway. In a way, this was helpful too. I'd get to learn a little bit more about them, even if just small details.

"Okay..." I agreed, and the two of them looked absolutely thrilled—they even pumped their fists in the air like excited children.

"Right, so, let's go?" Rune invited, deliberately avoiding meeting my eyes. He gestured for me to get into his Lamborghini, but I immediately objected.

Of course I'd complain! I was with Livinghell's precious baby Ferrari. There was no way I was leaving it here—I was terrified enough of her demonic soul haunting me or doing something bad if I mistreated her things.

"Young Master, I have a car with me, so it's better if I just follow along." I said firmly.

Neither of them argued anymore. I got inside my car and was the first one to drive out of the parking lot.

Klyne led the way in his bright green Lamborghini, followed right behind by Rune in his deep blue one. Every person on the street couldn't help but turn their heads to stare at the two flashy sports cars. But of course... Livinghell's car wasn't about to be outdone.

They took the lead while I followed close behind. Minutes passed, and eventually, we slowed to a halt right before the towering, magnificent Gold Gate.

As our cars drove inside, rows of elite guards stood lined up—large, imposing men, each holding a firearm. Hmm... not bad at all. They are far more loyal and dedicated than the police force back in the real world.

The moment I stepped out of the car, every single one of those guards stared at me in utter shock—exactly like the two elite guards I'd encountered earlier at the main gate.

Even though they were clearly still stunned, unable to fully process seeing me here, walking alongside their masters, they immediately bowed low in deep respect.

"Welcome back, Young Masters! And welcome to you as well, Madam Rousseau." Of course they knew exactly who I was. As the wife of one of their masters, it was mandatory for them to recognize me and know my status. It was written clearly in the contract they signed the moment they were hired to serve noble families like this.

We simply nodded at everyone standing around before making our way straight inside the grand mansion. I followed quietly behind them, my eyes wandering around, silently taking in every detail of the place.

I couldn't help but admire just how breathtaking the interior really was. It was like a palace built solely for these male leads.

Ahem... well, not exactly built for them, I recalled. Earlier, while I was searching and reading about this world, I found out that this mansion was originally constructed for the very first ancestors of the Mafia family — none other than their great-grandfathers — and it had been passed down as a legacy to the next generation leading the organization.
