Chapter 2 - Back to Business

Abraham steps through the portal as he wipes his fists with a towel, there's a notable red stain as he tosses it on the couch much to the annoyance of Yui who's turned out to be a bit of a neat freak, "You could've just tossed it in the bin instead of the couch".

Carter walks up to him and looks at the towel and back at Abraham, "So I'm guessing you paid those guys a visit?"

Abraham smirks, "I couldn't let them take what Hana has earned through her hard work. I also couldn't let them get away with scaring Marie. Right Milo?"

I look away and clear my throat, "A-Anyways...should we go ahead with the meeting? Or...?"

Abraham sits at the table, "Are Eve and Five here yet?"

I sit at the table, "They texted me and said they would be here right about...", I look at my watch, "Now".

A wormhole opens and Eve walks out as Five walks out holding a couple of bags, Eve pulls up a chair, "We brought a bit of dinner from the concert food booth if y'all are hungry".

On cue Sergio, Miguel, and Ada walks out of the training area as Sergio walks up to the table, "Did someone say dinner?" The rest of the team grab plates and cups as we eat the leftover steaks brought to us courtesy of Eve.

Marie takes a sip as she looks at Eve, "So how did the concert go? You dropping anything new?"

Five takes a bite from his steak, "It went good as always and if Eve was dropping anything new...I don't think she would tell you", this leads Eve to giggle and lightly punch him on the shoulder.

Ada grumbles, "Both of you are no fun at all".

Abraham looks on as he cuts pieces from his steak and takes a bite from each piece, he stops eating and clears his throat, "Well while we eat I think we should go over what we have so far regarding the heads of the Five Families".

I push the chair towards the computer and type a couple of things which pull up some information through hologram, "Well what each of our groups gathered from each territory...we have a bit of hints regarding where the Heads of the Families usually meet to discuss, it's not enough to determine a location so we need to push a bit more for information".

Carter looks on at the information, "So what do you propose we do Milo?"

I look at the information and back at everyone, "Well...there is a shipment of illegal weapons coming and it's being supervised by two lieutenants of the Mobardi Family and the Scott Gang. If we can take down the shipment and capture the lieutenants...We could pull some info from them".

Abraham sits up, "When is the shipment supposed to come in?"

I look at the information I gathered from the cameras spread through the Outskirts, "According to the footage I've gathered, the shipment is supposed to come in two nights from now. This means we have a day to plan how we're going to proceed"

Abraham nods and looks at the rest of the team, "We've worked hard to get information regarding the Heads of each family but now all our hard work will pay off. I want everyone to bring their A-game with them when the time comes. Everyone understand?"

Nods come from each of the team including myself, we're dismissed as Abraham stays seated at the table alongside Baron Grealish.

Baron Grealish
"Is something troubling you Azrael?", it's quite obvious what his question is and I already have my answer ready.

"There's no risk of Hana's memories awakening if I hang around her a lot right?"

"As I've stated before, the only way her memories are coming back is through that rune I gave you or if someone unseals her memories", he looks unsure, "Listen Azrael, the spell was foolproof and we didn't do much adjustment to her memories".
