Thank you, all those dark days that I went through. The hurt and the pressure that I’ve experienced and those who encouraged me to rise above and push through. I am sure that you can tell that all of these are very personal to me and I hope it can be personal to you as well, dear reader. I hope the dark brings warmth when the light is cold. That these word comfort you, knowing that you’re not the only one who’s felt this way. If I have helped you open your eyes and live another day, then I have succeeded. Pain doesn’t have to be forever, and you’ll be different, and sometimes it can still hurt. But, you’ll get to a place where you’ll be fine. Whether through programs or help from your therapist. If you don’t have a therapist, there’s a support group for you somewhere. I am a part of the Menhera community (even though it’s small in the West). I hope this book can be of some help.
