"Carl" ricks hoarse voice tells for his son, my crush. "What dad?" He asks angrily. Why is Carl so mad all the time though? "I need you and Abigail to go on a run for supplies today. Here's a list. I don't care if you don't get all the stuff, just be back before dark. Understand?" YASSS! "Yes dad" he huffs and walks over to where I'm farming. I look up at him. "Let's go" he says. I grab my gun and a duffel bag and walk out of the prison yard and past the gates. We walked for a while, silently till we came upon a store. We cleared it then started collecting supplies. I feel a piece of cold metal on my temple and someone say. I see tons of men. "Do just as I say, and you might be left breathing" and so I do that. "Where's your little boyfriend?" He asks. "Don't have a boyfriend" I say. "Okay, friend then?" He asks. "I dunno" I say.

"Call for him" he says. "Carl" I yell. Carl comes around the corner to see me in shock. "Okay. Listen to me and your girlfriend might not die" he says. Carl didn't object. He thinks of me as his girlfriend? No. We're just friends. He just doesn't want to put me in danger. "Drop your weapon" he says. Carl doesn't. S***. We're done for. "Give me your bag" he says. Carl slides it over to him. "Now, your gonna kill her" he says, handing Carl the gun.

He takes is and shoots him and all his men. I stood there, shocked. I mean, all he had to do was hold the machine gun and hold the trigger. How did he not hit me? What the actual- "You okay?" He asks me. "Yea-" I'm interrupted with a kiss. "I love you" he says. Next thing I know I hear two shots and we're both on the floor, dead.
