"Carl" I yell in a hushed tone. I creep through the dark and cold halls, looking for my best friend Carl Grimes. "Carl where are you?" I whisper. "Carl this isn't-" I stop, a door swinging open to see a walker attacking Carl, ripping off the flesh on his neck. "Carl!" I shout, shooting the walker, but missing instead. The walker takes another big chunk out of his neck. This is impossible! We cleared and checked this house a thousand times! I grunt in frustration and charge at the walker, us both rolling and it sinking it's surprisingly sharp teeth into my shoulder. I use all my might to stab it, then I just lie back from exhaustion. Soon I feel Carl's presence next to me. "How?" I ask, eyes growing weak. "That's a good... Question" he says. "At least we die together" I say. "(Y/N) I love you" he says and I turn my head to him, him looking at me with droopy eyes. "I...I love you too" a spark of excitement runs through me and I feel as good as ever. I see him looking at me in shock. "What?!" I ask. "Your shoulder" he says. I look to see it healed. "Carl I love you! I love you with all my heart and would die for you I would get married to you!" I say quickly, trying to get him excited. He looks at me with wide eyes, then starts coughing. "Carl, Carl no. We've made it this far we need to go farther, Carl" he doesn't answer. "C..Carl?" I ask, tears rolling down my cheeks. "Carl no!" I shout and start hysterically bawling. "Got em" he says then looks up at me, laughing. "Carl Grimes!" I shout. We both start laughing. He suddenly stops. I check for a heartbeat. None. No no no he can't fake that "Carl grimes!" I shout. Then I start crying. I know this time, this was real.
It's been three hours I've sat here and waited for him to stand up and say got em again. But I know that's not gonna happen. He's suppose to turn any second now and I can't hardly stand myself. Then I hear a growl
