Maeve's POV:

Laying on my back in the bed Luke and I had to switch back and forth out of, my head falls off the ledge, watching Luke begin to button the sleeves of his shirt.

He wore a black button down, with a pair of black skinny jeans and his black boots that had stars on them.

"Where are you going?" I ask, twisting my feet back and forth as I continued to watch.

Luke stays silent, unbuttoning the top three buttons of his shirt to expose his tattooed covered chest and chain hanging from his neck. He was still ignoring me after yesterday, not even giving me a side glance.

But he wasn't the only one.

Ashton hasn't talked to me either. To be honest, things have been completely weird with him and I since the kiss.

When I woke up this morning and came downstairs, he sat on the bar in the kitchen. But the second he saw me walk in, he excused himself and walked out, going back to his room and closing his door.

Luke, on the other hand, has made it clear he doesn't want to talk to me. He would make small talk here and there when Kouvr was around, but the second she disappeared, it was right back to radio silence.

And even now, when it was just him and I in the room while he got ready for god knows what, I felt as if I was talking to a wall.

"It's going to be hard to ignore me forever, you know," I huff, sitting up from the bed as my head becomes a bit dizzy from the lack of blood flow I had laying that way, "if you hadn't abducted me then I-"

"Good god, Maeve." Luke scoffs, shaking his head as he continues to mess with his outfit, "is that all I am to you? Just your kidnapper?"

I raise a brow, crossing my arms in front of my chest, "I mean...yeah?" I say as if it's the most obvious statement in the world.

"The guys and I are going out," Luke huffs, spraying himself in some cologne that immediately made its way to my nose, "and you," he points, "are not coming."

"Didn't think so." I say rolling my eyes, "Or else I would've gotten so pretty just for you."

"Ha ha." Luke laughs sarcastically, "that's the last thing I'd expect from you."

"What, being pretty?"

"No," Luke shakes his head, "getting pretty for me."

I didn't know whether to be offended or not, so I just lay back against the bed, sighing loudly, "So am I going to be alone here then?"

Luke shakes his head, "Nope. Kouvr is staying. Calum already told her it's a guys night, and that's exactly what is happening."

"Aww, you guys are just like us." I giggle, causing Luke to scoff as he rolls his eyes, "I mean seriously. When us girls do sleepovers or go out together, it's for us to talk about boys and be silly. I assume it's the same for guys?"

"Not necessarily," Luke sighs, "We are probably going to talk about more jobs your father has lining up for us, and you know, titties."

I feel my face immediately cringe, "titties?"

Luke smiles to himself, "yeah, titties."

"I think I'm done with this conversation, you twelve years old."

"Perfect, cause I'm leaving." Luke nods, more so to himself than to me, "See ya later. Don't be stupid."

"Yep, and have fun with your uh..titties."
