After a while, switching roles between the game Bakugou had found himself in, they went inside for something to drink and maybe a popsicle.

Bakugou had actually gotten a flash while playing with her, it was a different playset, but he got a flash of playing this game with her.

They all stayed in the kitchen eating their popsicles, Kirishima wasn't going to have popsicle juice all over his carpet.

Kirishima and Bakugou had cherry red ones while Kurai had a pineapple one.

"You're doing great," Kirishima said to him, rubbing the blond's arm.

"Thanks," he said back. Kurai had ran back outside with her popsicle while that stayed inside.

"You know...she says she wants to be a hero," Kirishima mentions.

"Oh yeah?"

Kirishima nodded.

"She has hero names picked out already," he chuckled. "The first one is dark princess and other is shadow queen," he lists.

"Hm...I like the second one," Bakugou hummed. Kirishima chuckled.

"Good to know your opinion hasn't changed," Kirishima hummed in return.

Bakugou glanced and saw Red, wagging his tail by the door, begging to be let out. So Bakugou did let him out.

"We had Red way before we had Kurai, or even thoughts about having a kid together," Kirishima says as Bakugou leans back on the counter again.

"When we first moved in together, we decided to get a dog, you got me him for Christmas," he continues.

"You never really wanted a dog, but you knew I wanted one so... you got me one," Bakugou hummed. "You're more of a cat person."

"So I was...nice?" He asks.

"Only to some, but to others..." Kirishima trails off. "You were a complete asshole."

He supposed that tags along with his grouchy face, needing to be mean to keep himself from passing out.

"How was I...with you?" He asked. Kirishima smiled.

"At first, you were a bit of an ass," Kirishima admits. "But you warmed up to me eventually and---" Kirishima stops.

"And what?"

"And we started...falling in love," he smiled fondly. Bakugou finished his popsicle and tossed the tube it was in, in the trash.

"You started a little later than I did but, we knew what we felt," Bakugou listened closely, curious how this story goes. "We were both so afraid to tell each other though."

"Why?"

"Well, our friendship was so strong, we didn't want to break it down or potentially lose it."

"Also, you were worried about what your parents would think."

Bakugou nodded. He supposed he could understand that they probably weren't expecting a gay son, especially since the photos tell him that he's their only kid.
