Platinum, is her name now in this life. It kinda suits her, since she has become quite unreactive like the metal, though she is not anywhere near being valued as it is. Her presence doesn't matter to anyone. If she run into her father at home, she'd get angry look or scolding and if she doesn't noone bother about it.
Same is at her school, if she is present at school and get run into bullies, she get abused, if not, they didn't care anyway.

She sat on a bench on the roadside, and applied bandage to her wounded knee, she don't know why her bullies think that pushing her is a very funny of a thing.

Suddenly she heard a commotion in front of her. A boy, a year senior from her school. Looks like he is abusing a poor man. She doesn't really know about him except for the fact that he is super rich and quite influencing. She had also heard about how delinquent he is. Though she ignored the conversation. It has nothing to do with her. She don't wanna get involved in anything anymore.

The scene in front of her now, looks quite serious. She eavesdropped sitting on her bench. Apparently, the poor man has spoiled that rich brat's shirt and is now apologising for his mistake. The rich brat, is threatening him of his livelihood if he didn't pay for his shirt.

Anyone can see, he is just having fun, bullying the old man since no doubt he is so damn rich. "It has nothing to do with me" Platinum thought as got up to get out of their.

But something suddenly stopped her.
The sight to the poor man's crying son, and they both begging for apology, was too much to bear.
What's the worse that can happen to her on intervening? She might get beaten, or get bullied in school. That's normal.

Platinum went to them and faced the boy standing between him and poor man. "Why are you abusing them? Aren't you rich enough to buy a new shirt or detergent?" She asked.

The boy narrowed his eyes. "I'm known for my justice. If you do something wrong, you have to pay the consequences. He said the last part glaring at the old man.
"If he can't pay, he better become my slave, if he wants to keep feeding his family."

"Please, I can't come with you to be your slave! My wife is very I'll and is in hospital, my kids are too young to take care of themselves! He cried.

"Maybe, you're fated to be tortured then." He said.

Platinum felt a sudden pang in her heart. That line was too much. Fated to be tortured? Is that what it is. He life was that maybe, but... Is there something she can do? Can't she do anything to change it? Is she do helpless? Helpless.... Hopeless... She hated this word.

"I won't let you torture them!" She said firmly. If money can solve it, she get enough pocket money from his damn rich father to stay away from his sight.

"Do you have any idea whom you're talking to?" He asked.
"I don't. And I don't care!" At this point  she was even ready to argue with God. Why is someone fated to feel all the pain, all his life? It's unfair!

Before anyone can say anything the boy got a call. He didn't picked it up but said "you'll find out soon, who I am" to Platinum, before leaving.

After he left, the poor man fell to her feet, expressing his gratitude. He was crying. But he was so Happy, she was an angel to him.

After that she went home. She thought over what happened today and what will happen to her now. Is there noone to be an angel for her?
