Alhathiam's pov.
Waking up next to Kaveh is one of the best things in the world. His blonde hair scattered on the pillow. The sunlight flashed on him. His face pressed into my chest I couldn't help but chuckle a bit. My chuckling woke him up and he looked at me.
- What time is it..?
- Haha... I don't know. Let me check.
He pressed his face onto my chest and groaned.
- I don't wanna go to work...
I slid him off of me and got up and looked at the clock.
- It's time to get ready. Come on, get up.
- Why can't we stay home. I wanna stay with you.
I let out a laugh hearing him say that, he sounded like a small kid.
- We can't.
He got up and went to his room. I changed into some clothes and got out of my room. I prepared my bags and waited for Kaveh. He got out, stunning as always. We left the apartment, and Kaveh grasped my hand. The blonde looked a bit more tired than usual. He looked in a bad mood. We arrived at the Akademiya. Kaveh got to his office without saying a word. He looked distant today, he looked like the opposite of his normal cheerful personality. Before he walked into his office, i said.
- Bye. Love you.
He looked at me and responded.
- Bye. Love you too Hathiam.
He left and it was like there was an empty hole left in my heart. I stayed at his door for a couple of seconds before walking away. Just by looking at him, i could feel something was wrong with him today.
Later
I was doing some work and looked at my phone. At the same moment, a notification apeared from Kaveh.
Kaveh- Meet me at the library.
Alhathiam- OK why?
Kaveh- Just come here.
I left. I was so happy I got to see him. Nothing mattered at this point. I just wanted to see him.
The library wasn't crowded so it was easy to spot Kaveh. He was alone waiting for me. He saw me and walked towards me. Not a lot of people were looking at us. It wasn't crowded and it was huge. I already knew what kaveh was up to.
- Hey Hathiam.
He uttered while grabbing my hand. The backround noise were students whispering to each other while they were looking at us. Some of them had judgement and disgust in their eyes while others looked pleased. I looked around to see how many people were looking at us. I whispered gently.
- Kaveh were in public. People are looking at us.
He looked at me with disapointment in his eyes.
- I thought you were okay with that.
He whispered with his grip tightening on my hand.
- Kaveh lets not argue here.
Kaveh let go of my hand and left the library leaving me alone. I left and gave a glance at everyone. They looked suprised and some still looked at me with disgust. I couldn't see Kaveh. I could only hear rapid steps. I followed them to see if it was Kaveh. When i caught up i saw him. He was running and his hair flowing in the wind.
He ran until he was in the streets in an extremely noisy part. I lost him and i hadn't brought my headphones. There was so many people that i was lost. The noise was too much. I tried to use my hands as headphones but that didn't work. I needed Kaveh. But i hurt him and i didn't know what he was thinking about me. He probably hated me at this point. I had to get back at the Akademiya. The noise was unbearable and i had to work. I couldn't take it anymore. I broke into tears. People couldn't see me like this, im the acting grand sage. Only one person could see me like this. And he wasn't here because of me. I took out my phone and called him. He responded.
- Kaveh... Where are you?
I tried my best to not sound like I was crying at the moment.
- Im at the Akademiya. Why? I just went out for a little stroll but im back.
- Oh.
I stopped the call and looked around. I had to get out of this place. After a few minutes i was at the Akademiya. I rushed back to my office. I hoped no one knew I left. I thought to myself. Why did I follow him? Its not like he would do something. Or he wanted to do something? Right? I felt so bad for doing that to him. I didn't want to hurt him. Or maybe he wasn't hurt? I dont know. Someone knocked on my door. I opened to see Kaveh. He looked at me and hugged me. Just then I realised I still had dry tear marks on my cheeks.
- Im sorry Hathiam. I didn't mean to hurt you.
He said softly while his head rested on my shoulders.
- You didn't do anything. I should be the one apologizing.
I said. He looked at me and said.
- Its alright. Im not mad at you.
Kaveh put his arm around me and gave me a kiss on the cheek. He looked at me deeply, he then kissed me. His hands wandering everywhere across my body. Our lips seperated with only a string of saliva connecting them.
- Kaveh, im not sure-
He shut me up with a kiss, our toungues intertwind. This time he didn't let me go. He pushed me onto the wall, slamming his hand onto the wall. A big bang was made. He whispered quickly to not let me talk.
- Sorry...
I felt out lips quickly connect again. I digged my fingers in his shoulders and let out a soft, quiet moan. My fingers trembled which made my hands slide down to his chest. It looked like i was trying to push him off, but i really wasn't. Even tho we were in my office and anyone could come in at any moment. We were taking a major risk, if someone came in, we'd both be fired.
He closed the door and pinned me onto my desk.
