Hey there all my liefling readers!

Thank you for taking the time to read Falling for Nemo even though it's under construction at the moment. I really appreciate every read, every vote and every comment... so thank yous ❤😊. Anyways so the following chapters are unedited unless stated otherwise, but English is my second language so please forgive the stupid grammar and spelling mistakes I make. Please let me know about them though so that I can fix them... it's a learning experience for me!

So I added a picture of the younger version of Melanie at the top, but if you want to see how she looks when she's older you can go to the character list. Melanie is portrayed by the beautiful and talented Jade Thirwall, because... there's no other reason needed other than it's Jade frikken Thirwall! All you Mixers will understand how much of a queen she is.

I started this book when I was thirteen and through the years it went through a lot of changes and it still is in the process of going through changes. I just want to make a few known just in case you've read the older version or if I accidentally make a mistake. So Orah and Astrid's little sisters' names are now Avangelus and Anastasia and no longer Tatum and Teagen... I just feel like they'd suite the girls better. Sadly, Esmerelda's name has also been changed and she is now called Editta-Rose. It's just that, although I love it, the name Esmerelda is such a long name and I kept spelling it differently every time. So, I thought it would be easier just to change it, but maybe I'd give another character that name.

Prologue: Singing frustration and annoying camera phones

"Despacito...
...na na na na na na na na despacito
...na na na something burrito
...na na na I don't know the words
Despacito!"

I sang at the top of my lungs as I cranked up the volume on my earphones.
I don't care if anybody can hear my terrible, grieve stricken singing through the damn car door!
Today I have the right to act like a idiot, okay.

Why you might ask?
Today is the day that my best friend-slash-neighbour and her whole family moved to Ireland. For those of you who don't own a map, it's about ten thousand miles away from South Africa!
Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating a little, but come on its pretty far.

A few hours before I was crying with Evie in my arms, reluctant to let her board the plane, but now I was sitting in our old car, waiting for my mom and drowning my sorrows in music.
I'm sure my music teacher is going to murder me when my voice is hoarse, but that's Wednesday's problem.
