Part 4: Ex

Once obsessed with you, it's true,
But now you mean nothing to me,
You chose to leave, and I moved on,
Took months to forget, finally free.

Ghosting isn't a good way to part,
Ignoring messages, hiding from truth,
You cheated, shattered trust's fragile heart,
Left me with doubts, feeling uncouth.

You played with women's emotions for fun,
Leaving when boredom strikes anew,
Love meant nothing, your actions stun,
Cheaters never change, that much is true,
Even marriage won't bring love's affection,
Only seeking lust's momentary connection.

Blind to colors, you can only see black,
Missing out on vibrant hues in your track.

The woman beside you, poor soul,
Unaware of your true self, the toll.

Found someone better, that's the scoop,
Not at all like you, treating me right,
You're just my past, a forgotten loop,
Moving forward into a brighter light.
