First Day of School

"Amber! Stop running from me!" Your wife Lauren shouted from your bedroom. You were in the shower, thinking of how you were going to lead the Seattle Seahawks to victory against the New York Giants when you heard another voice belonging to your daughter.

"No mommy I don't wanna go!" You chuckled at your wife and daughter and stepped out of the shower.

"You hear that, momma just got out of the shower. You want me to tell her that you're being a bad girl?" Lauren knew that your daughter was scared whenever she mentioned 'telling momma'. You loved your daughter and gave her everything, but the one thing you didn't tolerate was a daughter with an attitude.

"No need, I already know. Come here Amber". Your daughter slowly walked towards you, puppy dog eyes on full display. You bent down and picked her up, kissing her cheeks, earning a giggle from your daughter.

"Why are you giving mommy a hard time?" She stopped giggling and wrapped her arms around your neck.

"I don't wanna leave you and mommy. I don't wanna go to school". You cooed into her ear and laughed.

"It's just those wittle butterflies in your stomach. You'll love this school and guess what? You'll make lots of friends, then you can have sleep overs, go places with them, and do all of that good stuff. How does that sound?" You daughter nodded, jumping up and down frantically.

"Alright suga momma but you gotta go to school and stop giving mommy a hard time okay?" Your daughter walked back over to Lauren, who watched the two of you in awe.

"I sowwy mommy". She kissed Lauren's cheek and let her fix her up as you got your things ready for practice in a few hours.

"Thank you so much babe". Lauren wrapped her arms around your waist and bit her lip at the sight of your defined abs.

"Like what you see?" You smirked and kissed her lips. "Cause I know I like the view infront of me". She playfully pushed you away and grabbed your daughter.

"Are you coming with us?" You nodded and grabbed the keys from Lauren.

"After you two beautiful ladies". Lauren blushed while your daughter knocked out 5 minutes after leaving the house.

"How does she do that?" Lauren turned back, looking at her peaceful daughter.

"I don't know, but I wished I could do that". You pulled up outside the school and opened the door for Lauren.

"Thank you babe. Come on Amber, we're here". Amber slowly woke up and raced towards the school.

"And there it is, our little racer". You took Lauren's hand and walked into the school right behind Amber.

"You're so good with her". Lauren collasped onto the bed, exhausted from the mornings events.

"Mhm you must be a little stressed, can I help?" She nodded her head and you pressed your front against her back.

"Cuddles?" She eagerly shook her head and you laughed as you laid next to her, holding her tightly as both relaxed.

"I love you Y/N". You leaned down and pressed a kiss to her forehead.

"And I love my two big babies too".
