I set my cup down and sigh.

Clyde sits on a stool on the other side of the kitchen island. "I can help."

"How?"

"I dunno. If you need ideas or a wingman... I could even just tell him if you want."

"No, I wanna tell him myself. But I might take you up on the 'ideas' offer. You're the only person I've told about this so it's not like I have anyone else to turn to."

"You got this! He will be your boyfriend in no time!"

"Maybe... Step one is figuring out if he even likes guys. He could be straight."

"How do you plan on finding that out?"

"Not sure... Maybe I can bring it up in casual conversation."

"That means you would have to be alone with him. I know you get nervous when you're alone with him."

"I do not."

"Tell me why your hands were dripping in sweat when we did our arm wrestle."

"..."

"See? You're a wreck around him."

I put my head down and groan. "This shouldn't be so hard..."

He pats my back and laughs, "I'm going back down. You better hurry back, wouldn't want your boy getting cold."

"Shut the fuck up."

"Sure."

With that, I'm left alone in my thoughts again. Doubt floods my mind every time I think about talking to Tweek about this stuff. Tweek has never had a girlfriend, which gives me hope, but he's never had a boyfriend either, so I can't be sure what he likes.

-

I wake up at 7 am. Looks like Tolkien and Jimmy have already gone upstairs. Clyde and Tweek are still asleep.

I do my best to ignore Clyde's loud snoring.

Tweek is curled up, hugging a ball he made with the blanket he's using. His face is squished and he's breathing softly. He looks so cute like this. I wonder what he's dreaming about.

One of his shoulders isn't covered by his blanket, looks like it slipped off. I grab the blanket and tuck it behind his shoulder. He cuddles into the blanket as I do this, making my heart skip a beat.

"Woah..." I whisper to myself.

I can feel my face getting hot. I don't want to go upstairs yet, I want to stay down here with him.

I lie back down on the couch and close my eyes. I don't want to be awake yet, I want to stay like this. It's comfortable.

"Mmmm..."

I hear movement at my feet, I guess Tweek woke up. I wonder if he will wake me up if I pretend to be asleep.

He yawns. A cute little yawn. I can't pretend to be asleep, that was too cute.

I smile and sit up.

"Awake?"

He rubs his eyes. "Mhm..."

"I think Jimmy and Tolkien are upstairs. You wanna go?"

"Yeah. Should we wake Clyde first?"

"I guess."

I rip the blanket off of Clyde and he yells. "Ack! Dude!"

I smile down at him. "Can't sleep all day."

"Be more gentle next time! I don't need to be jump scared awake like that."

"Shouldn't have been the last to wake up then."

Tweek puts his hand on my shoulder, sending goosebumps all over my body. "Leave him alone. He was probably up late last night. You both got up in the middle of the night, that could've easily been you."

I look away. "You noticed we got up?"

"I'm a light sleeper. I also noticed someone tucked me in earlier. Must've been Tolkien or Jimmy. I wonder why..."

Clyde smirks. "Or, it could've been-"

I cut Clyde off. "Let's get food."
