Tolkien's dad made pancakes. We all put a few on our plates and sit at the oval table in Tolkien's dining room.

"F-f-f-fellas. Who's ready f-for senior year?" Jimmy asks, already having finished his food.

"Not me. I don't know how the time went by so fast. Mentally, I'm still in middle school." Clyde complains.

"Oh, it'll be okay. Adulthood should be a lot easier than you think." Tolkien smiles, trying to comfort Clyde.

"Please! You have no room to tell me that. You already have two scholarships lined up. It's easy to look on the bright side when you have your future set in a golden stone."

Tweek laughs at this. "Haha, looks like you're pretty jealous, huh?"

"Are you not? He has his life set out, he's already rich and now he gets a free college education?"

"I'm not jealous of him. I actually don't plan on going to college."

"What are you gonna do?"

"I hope to take over my parent's shop after they retire. Family business and all."

"I guess that works. But will you be doing it all alone? Your parents at least have each other. Do you even have any other employees?"

"No... not yet. I was planning on putting out ads pretty soon for new hires. Even just one person would be fine."

"Well... I know someone who is fresh out of a job. Hard-working, good at working with people..." Clyde smiles.

"Oh yeah? You should tell them to contact the shop."

"Ask him yourself. I'm sure he would love to work there. Right, Craig?"

I almost choke on my food. "What?"

"You were looking for a new job, right? You could work with Tweek."

"I uh..."

Tweek smiles at me. "That would be fun! If you want, I can put in a good word with my parents. They already like you since we have been friends for ages now. What do you think?"

"Yeah..."

"Cool, I'll let them know."

"Okay."

Clyde kicks my leg under the table.

"Oh, uh, thank you."

"No problem."

Me? Working with him? Would it be just us at the shop some days? How much time will I get to spend with him... I'm not sure if I would be able to handle it... but it's a good opportunity...

Around 8 pm, the party ends. We all have school tomorrow, so we have to get home and get prepped. I get in my red Jeep and drive back to my house.

I crash into bed and scroll through my phone like I always do. I follow some random fan accounts and some kids from school on Instagram. I only downloaded Instagram because Clyde told me to. Plus Tweek was using it.

I get a buzz on my phone. Tweek sent me a post.

TweekTweak445: This is so incredibly Stripe.

It's a post about a really fat guinea pig.

CraigTuckR_: Haha, yeah.

TweekTweak445: How is he? I miss Stripe.

CraigTuckR_: He's good. He misses you, he probably likes you more than me IMO

TweekTweak445: If you ever need a babysitter for him, I'm free.

CraigTuckR_: I'll keep it in mind.

TweekTweak445: It's late, we should sleep. I'll see you at school tomorrow, Goodnight!

CraigTuckR_: Night. See you tomorrow.

I turn off my phone and smile at the ceiling. I love when he texts me.
