You deeply sighed. After the argument with Johnny, you haven't texted Sam at all-nor heard from Robby. Your only friend at the moment was Aisha.
You had to go, you're doing this for Aisha.
You kept telling yourself those words while looking for a place to sit in the crowded room. Everyone had a buddy to sit with, and you were completely alone. You hated being alone-physically, in a social setting.
"Colly! Is that you?" You turn behind you and see...Moon. You haven't interacted with her much at school since the split with Yasmine. You found it endearing how she still thought about you. You smile and wave, and notice the boy beside her.
"Here! Come sit with us!" Moon gestured for you come over. The boy in a the blue plaid shyly looked down to his feet.
"Hi, Moon." You sat down next to the boy in blue plaid. "Hello, I'm Y/N, me and Moon are...friends." You introduce yourself.
"Hi...I'm Demetri. I-I'm friends with Moon too," Demetri said.
"Hey, you're the wizard guy from Halloween! You're friends with the doctor costume dude too, right?" You ask, genuinely surprised to see him again. He was really nice to talk to, though, and nice overall. You assumed he was on the lower social hierarchy, but didn't care at all.
"I was a necromancer, but yes, that was me." Demetri nods.
"Oh, that's so cool! You two already know each other?" Moon asked with a smile.
You and Demetri glance at each other, to try and find an answer. You assumed he already knew how friendly Moon was. "A bit." You both said in unison with a shrug.
"We're all going to be an amazing trio of friends, I just know it." Moon happily said.
You and Demetri glance at each other again in awkwardness. "Um...yeah!" Demetri says.
