Borrowing Johnny Lawrence's t-shirts to sleep in was actually comfy. Once you all piled in his apartment, you readied up Sam to go to sleep in a spare room. Robby, thankfully, took the couch.
You woke up to see Robby looking at a box full of trophies. Then you noticed Sam right in front of you sleeping peacefully after the hectic night. You moved out the bed to stretch, and to look at the time. The bed was creaky, so inevitably Robby noticed you holding paper drawings.
You yawned, and turn your head to see him. "Morning." You wave, and he quietly waved back. Your eyes lingered to what he was holding in his hands, you saw the crayon marks and backwards text. It was a drawing depicting three people and a small child in the middle.
"Aw..." you smile. "Those drawings are adorable, did you make them when you were younger?"
Robby smiled at your gushing, and quickly put them back in the box. "You hungry?" He asked.
"Eh..." you shook your head, after eating pizza slices from Moon's kitchen, you weren't that hungry. "I'm always up for free food," you accepted.
"Okay, dad is making some I think." Robby replied. "Did you sleep well?" He asked, opening the bedroom door so you two could go to the kitchen.
"It was okay." You hum, thanking him as you passed through. He followed afterwards quickly. "What about you? Was the couch comfortable enough?"
"It was alright." Robby shrugged, making way down the hall.
You were a bit nervous on how to talk with his dad, as you've only ever seen him so many times. You hadn't exchanged much words besides thanking. And the overall reason being at his house was embarrassing, you should've stayed in your place and take the blame.
"Hey, dad." Robby spoke, still trying to get used to saying the honorific. You awkwardly trailed behind him like a puppy.
"Um...thank you for letting us stay here for the night," you awkwardly spoke.
"It's no problem." Johnny said. "But look, I'm gonna have to tell LaRusso and your parents about this. It's his kid."
You wanted to laugh, as Johnny had no way of making that happen. But telling Daniel...that was going to be a trouble.
"Please don't." Robby interrupted. "If he sees Sam like this, it'll crush him. Let me take the blame, I'll say I got drunk and told Sam to bring me here."
Well, he did have a few sips.
"I'll take the blame too then and twist it to make it my fault. After all we left her unattended, and I don't want Daniel to be mad at you," you intervened.
