River was sitting on her bed, not really thinking much. Her parents still were gone but she didn't really care, at least she wasn't being yelled at or screamed at. She didn't know what she was going to do that day. Maybe she'll go back to the ice cream shop and see Rosetta?
She didn't really know but she knew that she was absolutely starving. River got up from her bed, making her way into the kitchen to make herself some breakfast. It was 11:30 in the morning and she was ready to eat.
After eating, River went back into her aesthetic room and put on her signature black clothes that she always wears. River's favorite color is black because it goes with everything and plus she is an emo girl too.
Her mom didn't like that River dressed up like a 'sinner.' That's what her mom called River when she dressed up like that. As River grew older, she stopped worrying about what her mom liked or disliked because it was River's own life. So, she did what made her happy.
River brushed her short black and green hair. She put her hair up just a little so it wouldn't be all up in her face.

She then decided to go see Kayden and his Brother Kyler. She wanted to see if they enjoyed their cupcakes. She went out the front door, heading to the house across the street where they lived.
She didn't see any cars there, so they might be gone but she decided to go up to the door anyway. Maybe Kayden and Kyler will be there.
She rang the doorbell and a few seconds later Kyler opened the door.
"You're not going to throw another pie in my face, are you?" Kyler asked jokingly but in a way also sounded genuine.
"Oh no, I'll never do that to you again. I'm so sorry for doing that to you in the first place" River said wanting to let Kyler know that'll never happen again.
"Well you can come in. Oh and I didn't catch your name?" Kyler asked as the girl walked into the comforting home.
"Oh my name's River"
"River. I like that"
"Thanks"
"So are your parents out of town or something. I know my mom told them about what happened. I told her not to but she didn't listen. I hope they didn't get too mad" Kyler said apologizing for his mom telling River's parents.
"Uh yeah, they went out for the weekend but they'll be back. Oh, and don't worry, they weren't mad at all" River lied. She knew that her mom was pissed and she didn't even know where they went.
Kayden came walking out of the hallway and looked between Kyler and River. A small smile started to appear on his face, like he was thinking about something.
"How about we make some pizza?" Kayden asked in an excited tone.
