River was writing in her journal, wanting to write about how much she's gotten better at being happy.
She's never felt this happy ever and finally being herself without having to feel insecure or embarrassed about it, makes her so proud.

This move was the best thing to have ever happened to me because it brought me happiness and excitement. Yes, some tears were shed but along the way I made two friends who see me for me and never question who I am as a person.
I may never see my parents again but I'm not mad at them, I'm grateful that they left me somewhere I'm happy and free for once in my life.

I wish them the very best and hope they live the life they finally want to have.
I have never felt better and I'm extremely blessed for this outcome.
I now have two amazing people in my life (Bernie and Matilda) who have let me live with them in their home.

River put down her journal and got up making her way into the kitchen.
River and the Myles family had moved out of Massachusetts and into California for a fresh new start.

She was now 18 and graduated from highschool, along with Kyler and Kayden as well.
She was forever blessed that Bernie and Matilda let her live with them.
They were like the parents River wished she had when she was younger and now she has them.

She's not mad or angry at her real parents for leaving her, she's actually grateful for their decision and would never want to be anywhere else but here.

Kyler and Kayden both gifted River with a infinity bracelet that all three of them have, meaning that no matter where they go or what they're doing in life, they will always have each other and nothing could tear them apart.

River truly believes that moving to Lexington Avenue was the best decision that her parents made because it brought her to the Myles family.
Yeah, she may no longer live there but she will cherish that home forever.
