"Dean?" My therapist said to me snapping me out of my trance.

"Hm?"

"Do you remember what happened?"

"Do I remember what?"

"How you ended up in the hospital?"

"Oh right my boyfriend woke up from his coma but he couldn't remember me and that drew me to my last straw, I stole my mother's pills and I overdosed. My older sister found me in the puddle of my own vomit," I chuckled a bit.

"Do you laugh when you get nervous?"

"I do"

"Could you hear anything when it happened?"

"My sister screaming"

"This is um awkward," I told my brother while he sat on the couch of my living room.

"How are you Billie?"

"I'm good I've got some shit going on but good"

"Kids have grown up a lot haven't they?"

"Yep"

"I kinda never expected you to have kids you never talked about wanting them"

"Yep now I have 3 can you believe it?"

"Totally"

"Do you have any kids Finneas?"

"One boy"

"Oh shit how recent?"

"He's 6"

"Fuckk what else have I missed?"

"His name is William"

"So nice of you to name him after me"

"Our grandfather Billie," he smiled and rolled his eyes.

"I was also named after our grandfather so you shut it"

"Fine it's fair"

"So when can I meet him?"

"How about later on?"

"Totally"

"Mom mom mom!" I heard Darcy scream at the top of her lungs.

Me and Finneas looked at each other before racing up the stairs.

I saw Cassidy running down the hall and we all ended up in Dean's room.

Darcy was crying and shaking and Dean was on the ground in the pool of his own vomit.
