"Hi," Dale said to me while laying down next to me on my bed as I was staring off into space

"Hi" I said to him

"What are you doing?"

"Thinking"

"About?"

"Don't worry about it buddy," I sat up and pulled him into my arms and kissed his cheek a bunch of times making him giggle

"That girl that was here yesterday do you like her?"

"Very straightforward questions but yeah yes I do"

"You guys are cute together"

"You think so?"

"I like her"

"You do?"

He looked up at me and nodded

"I'm fine Dawn," I smiled and hugged her

"You just keep growing don't ya?" I remember when you were so tiny

"That's because I was a baby"

"I know that I'm just messing with you" She lightly squeezed my nose

"You and mom going out?"

"All three of us actually," mom said while fixing her sleeve, mama was beside her in a royal blue dress with matching heels.

"What for?" I asked

"A job party" mom told me

"When will you be back?"

"You ask too many questions," she grabbed my cheeks and kissed my forehead

"10," she said

"Okay"

"If you're hungry you guys could make dinner or order take out I don't care"

"Okay mom"

"Don't burn the house down"

"Okayyyy mom"

"We'll be back"

"Dean," I barged into his room

"Ever heard of knocking?" He coughed and put out the blunt he had

"What are you doing?"

"Nothing get the fuck out"

"Were you smoking?"

"Well obviously you caught me now get out"

"No why are you doing this to yourself?"

"Why are you going to tell mom and mama? Cause I'll tell them exactly who I got it from"

"What is that supposed to mean?"

"Get out Darcy"

"Fuck this," He threw down his game controller and tried to push me out of his room, he was younger than me but he was also taller and stronger than me so he easily pushed me out, I landed and hit my arm on the hard floor and he slammed his door, I got up and kicked his door before storming back to my room.
