When August woke up, her head was resting on something soft. She didn't know what it was, but it was so soft that she just nestled into it further. She only realised what it was when arms tightened around her waist and she heard light snores.

Her eyes widened as she saw Gracie's chest before grinning. She let herself fall back asleep, only waking again when Gracie nudged her.

"Lilac?" Gracie whispered. August groaned and didn't move, making the singer blush. "Lilac, wake up."

"No. You're comfy," The actress denied. Gracie nudged her again and she scoffed, "Your boobs are really comfy, Grace. Don't make me move."

Gracie rolled her eyes, "You're not a child."

August frowned at the reminder and sat up with a bitter smile, "No, I'm with child."

Gracie matched the look on her face and held August's hand, squeezing it in comfort. August blinked as she tried to swallow the bile that was rising in her throat before gagging and rushing to the bathroom. Gracie followed quickly and held August's hair back as she sat over the toilet bowl.

A good five minutes went by before August felt well enough to stand up on shaky legs and wipe her mouth, flushing the toilet. Gracie reached into her cabinet and pulled out a toothbrush, handing it to her.

"Lilac," August commented, rinsing it.

Gracie shrugged nonchalantly, "I have one here for all of my friends. You just so happened to be the room that reminds me of lilac the most."

August grinned with the toothbrush in her mouth. Gracie stepped back and took a photo of her as she continued brushing her teeth in the mirror.

Once done, August put her toothbrush down and rinsed out the sink, turning to Gracie with her hands on the sink still, "I'm tired."

The singer smiled, "Maybe it's the pregnancy hormones."

August's face dropped as she reached for her toothbrush once more, holding it by the bristles, "Don't make me hurt you."

"With a toothbrush?"

"Your eyes and ears are holes to your brain, Grace. And your eyes are very, very soft."

Gracie chuckled, "Okay, so you want to kill me and you want to sleep. Which one first?"

"I could probably sleep very well knowing that you won't bother me anymore," August murmured.

"Oh, please. You love me."

August rolled her eyes and they left the bathroom before suddenly yelling out, "Wait!"
