The much-anticipated premiere of Stranger Things 3 was the talk of more than just the town, and August couldn't contain her excitement. She had poured her soul into the performance and people were finally going to see it completely. She knew exactly who she wanted to accompany her- Gracie.
Gracie, with her infectious enthusiasm and genuine love for the series, was the perfect companion for this probably-not-once-in-a-lifetime experience. August had been not so secretly smitten with her for a while now, and she thought this would be the perfect opportunity to take their relationship to the next level.
With butterflies in her stomach, August picked Gracie up in a sleek black car, their outfits impeccably styled for the glamorous occasion. Gracie, an all black suit, and August, a white dress. They arrived at the premiere venue, greeted by a flurry of cameras and a crowd buzzing with anticipation. As they walked the red carpet together, flashes of cameras illuminated their radiant smiles.
August had been called for interviews, apologetically having to leave Gracie with her cast mates. They welcomed her with open arms, most of them bonding over their love for Taylor Swift and/or singing.
Inside the venue, August and Gracie found themselves surrounded by fellow fans, cast members, and industry insiders. The air was charged with excitement and anticipation as they eagerly awaited the screening of the first episode.
August couldn't help stealing glances at Gracie, her heart pounding with nervousness and affection. Without much thought, she let her hand fall onto Gracie's lap. The latter grinned and intertwined their fingers, pulling their hands up so she could kiss the back of August's palm.
The actress looked down at her own lap, fiddling with her ring with her dominant hand as she blushed a crimson red.
