(Jack Bulik Park & Multi-Purpose Rink, Fontana, CA)
The recreational park was packed with so much visitors in Halloween costumes for the Halloween party. Everyone was in great joy and entertainment with all the different attractions and booths setup around the park. There were photo group shots, costume contests, some small water tanks for bobbing apples, a Halloween dancing area, with a DJ providing some music, and many more.
Presently, three recreated movie cars cruised down East on Filbert St. to the parking lot on the right, and parked. One of the movie cars was the iconic General Lee, a 1969 Dodge Charger from the Dukes of Hazzard, driven by Sam in his Western Outlaw costume, with Lily in her ninja suit. The other vehicle was another iconic cinema legend: the Ghostbusters Ecto-1, a modified 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor Futura Duplex driven by its Ghostbusters uniformed driver, Carter, and the last movie vehicle was a silver 2008 Aston Martin DBS, and surprisingly, Bobby was dressed in a James Bond black tuxedo suit. As they all got out, Sam was the first one to ask.
Sam: I thought you said you're too old for dressin' up for Halloween.
Bobby: I did. But, I wanted to be dressed as James Bond for quite some time.
They heard Lily chuckle with amusement.
Lily: Soooo... You did want to be in a costume tonight.
Bobby: Now, Lily. Let's not confuse my wardrobe with a costume!
Despite all the excitement at the party, Carter only sighed with worry. CJ and Rachael were the only ones not here, due to them, with Loona, at the street race at Etiwanda by now.
Carter: I just hope our friends will do okay at that race. We need them to win.

A crowd of dark hooded people were gathered at a small vacant parking lot, right next to the I-15 freeway above them.
