Within an old and dark abandoned warehouse, CJ and Stolas looked all around to see nothing but pillars and metal ceiling railings, with only the broken down roof to light their surroundings. Then, as they waited for the D.S.A agents to arrive, they had a casual conversation.
Stolas: So, tell me, young Johnson. Forgive me for this personal question, but how did Layla end up a sadistic monster of witchcraft? What exactly happened to her?
That question brought a heavy sigh from CJ. It was a personal question, but he responded anyway.
CJ: *sigh* I guess it all started when my parents found out what she was up to...
He continued to explain Layla's personal life, how her personality had changed for the worse, and the night she was kicked out of his home, never to return again. All this brought some worry on Stolas.
Stolas: Oh my. That sounds awfully familiar.
CJ: Really? What'd you mean?
Looking back on something from the past, Stolas remembered about Odessa Goetia. One of Layla's new associates from earlier. He explained what happened to her.
Stolas: Well, I believe you've met that peregrine falcon demon. She was one of the Ars Goetia family's relatives, Odessa. A former cousin to Via.
Upon hearing this, CJ nodded. He did hear Odessa mentioning Octavia as a cousin during that fight.
CJ: Of course. I did hear about that cousin part.
Stolas: Well, she wasn't always an aggressive relative. She and my daughter would see each other, when my ex-wife... Stella... hosts a party. They actually got along very well. They would play, dance, and even sing with each other. But...
Stolas paused for a bit. CJ could tell that he was reflecting what kind of tragic event happened.
CJ: Did something happened to her?
Stolas: *sigh* Something did happened in the last party Odessa attended, when she was 16. Someone was shooting a very important Goetia family member, and after he was shot, everyone said that Odessa was the one responsible for the murder. That she...
Suddenly, he was interrupted by the sound of a vehicle outside arriving. The D.S.A. had arrived.
Stolas: It will have to wait.
CJ: So, what's the plan?
Quickly whispering in his ear, Stolas explained his plan to CJ, and Zarathos. After that, CJ smiled devilishly. Stolas then cast an invisibility spell CJ and himself, right before Agents One and Two walked right in, as they scanned the area, and kept their guns and their guards up.
Agent Two: They're here, alright. I can feel it.
Agent One: Hey! Ghost Rider! We know you, and your friend, are here! You can't hide from us for long! Come on out, and fight us! Humans to demons!
