Just like I promised, I attended his game. I wore the shirt he personally brought for me to wear. Talagang seryoso siya doon, ha! Gusto ko sanang mag-sama dahil parang hindi ko naman kaya mag-isa. Pero lahat sila ay busy... Bahala na. I'll just figure this out.

Pagkarating ko roon ay ang dami na agad na tao. Most of them are wearing the shirt with Sebastian's school logo. Umupo muna ako habang nags-scroll sa Instagram. Ayoko i-text si Sebastian dahil sigurado akong hindi niya hawak ang telepono niya. 

I took a picture of the court and added it to my story with the caption 'good luck ;)'. I immediately turned off my phone when I heard the crowd cheering. The players started walking out of their dugouts towards their bench.

"Shocks! Pogi talaga noong Laurier!" A girl told her friend. Nasa likod ko lang sila kaya rinig na rinig ko ang usapan nila.

"Ay, girl sinabi mo pa! Pero may girlfriend na siya 'di ba?" Her friend asked. 

"Ata? Wala naman siyang cinoconfirm sa social medias niya. Pero swerte nga noong girlfriend niya! Ah, pero swerte rin si Laurier kasi ang ganda-ganda noong girl!" Sagot sakanya noong kaibigan niya. 

I bit my lower lip to stop myself from smiling. It was my choice not to tell it publicly. Hindi naman namin tinatago... But we're not confirming it either. Hindi naman din para i-public. It's better this way. 

When Sebastian sat on the bench, I saw him looking at his phone before I quickly received a notification.

Sebastian: Saan ka?

I didn't type my reply. Instead, I took a picture of him from afar. I saw him looking around when he immediately found me, he gave me a wave and smile. 

The game started and it was a good start. Hanggang sa mag 3rd Quarter na... Nakahabol 'yung kalaban hanggang sa sila na 'yong lamang. Sebastian had to take a rest for minutes because he fell earlier. He was bumped by the opponent. 

Nang mag 4th Quarter na ay hindi pa rin nakahabol sila Sebastian. He went back to the game but the opponent was so good in defensing! I still tried to cheer, though. Malay mo may pag-asa pa! 45 seconds before the game ends at 2 points pa ang lamang.

Sebastian was dribbling the ball going to the other side of the court. "Go, Laurier!" I cheered loudly, enough for him to hear it. He didn't look but I saw him smiling before going for a 3-point shot! 

The crowd went so loud so do I! Everyone was shouting dahil itong laro na 'to ang makakapag-pasok sakanila sa playoffs kaya pala pinipilit ako mag-laro ni Sebastian. I saw a lot of students were asking him for a photo before going to where am I. Nakita ko pang marami ang tumingin sa amin. 

"Congrats!" I smiled at him. 

"Thank you for your cheer earlier," he smiled. "Punta muna ako ng dug-out. Nagugutom ka na ba? Or may gusto kang puntahan?" 

"Okay lang ako. Pumunta ka muna roon at mukhang hinahanap ka ng teammates mo." I gestured him because I saw some of his teammates looking at our direction.

"They can wait," he said before signaling a wait sign to his teammates. "So where do you want to go?"

"Okay nga lang ako! Pumunta ka na roon!" Tinulak ko siya palayo which made him laugh and walk towards there. Jusko! Paghihintayin pa niya mga teammates niya! 

Nang makapag-palit na siya ay dumiretso na siya kung na saan ako. I saw him walking with some of his teammates. Nakikita ko pang nagtatawanan sila habang si Sebastian ay diretso lang na naka-tingin sa 'kin.

"Hi," he greeted nang malapitan niya ako. "These are my teammates. Si Timothy, Ace, and Cameron." He introduced. "This is Claire, my girlfriend." 

"Obviously, laki-laki ng ngiti mo kanina, eh." Cameron teased.
