Not a bother

Everyone was understandably shocked, watching Y/n appear suddenly in a flash of light from nowhere. Especially Viktor, who had just gone off on his family while Leonard stood right behind.

He rushed over first, "Oh my god, Y/n? Are you alright?" he asked, helping them to their feet.

Y/n mumbled something, "Yes. No, yes, I'm fine."

"What happened?"

"Time-travel." They sighed.

Five looked angry, but perhaps that was a shadow of concern on his face, "What the hell did you do?"

"Oh, they're back! Wonderful!" Klaus said, very clearly drunk.

"I need to sleep." Was all they said, "Hi, Vanya. I haven't seen you in a few days."

Viktor looked away, "I was... just leaving, actually."

They were still a little out of it, "Oh, okay."

Allison stepped forward, "Vanya, wait-"

Viktor left.

"Where the hell have you been?" Five pressed again.

Y/n raised an eyebrow, "Take a wild guess, Five."

Diego frowned, "Considering the apocalypse is apparently in three days, I suggest you start talking."

"Yes. I've actually gone and been useful." They grinned, "I figured who we need to, uh, deal with for the apocalypse-"

"We're not killing anyone." Luther said firmly, in a tone that made Y/n wonder how many times the others had suggested murder. Specifically Five.

Y/n shook their head, amused. It was refreshing, actually, after a month of it, to not be the one campaigning against murder, "No, I don't- not necessarily. But, we do need to deal with him."

"Him?" Allison raised her eyebrows.

Diego looked like he was already ready to go, "Name."

"Ah! Oh! Diego! I don't know how important this is 'cause, y'know, whole world ending but-" The words were kind of tumbling from their mouth, head still a little fuzzy and wanting to make sure they got this right.

"What?"

"Pretty much the entire police force thinks you murdered Patch." They nodded. Diego was silent. He looked away.

Allison shook her head, "Anyway. The apocalypse?"

Y/n waved their hand about, remembering, "Right! Yes. Uh, Harold Jenkins."

"Who-"

"Leonard. Peabody. Same guy. Different name."

Allison looked shocked, "Vanya's boyfriend?!" The others looked at each other in shock, "No, no that can't be right."

Y/n looked down, "Yeah, no, it is. We need to deal with him."

"Well, let's go." Diego said, "Let's go find this asshole."

"Where?" Five frowned.

"Police station will have his address-"

Y/n frowned, "Diego, do you remember what I said just now?"

"I know. Klaus, you're with me."

Klaus waved a hand, "No, no thanks. I'm tired. Caught a cold, maybe. I think I'll just..." he kind of trailed off.

Luther moved away, "I think I'll stay here. Hold down the fort in case Vanya or him come back. Look through dad's study. This has to be related to the moon, somehow. I mean, come on, it's an apocalypse."
