A brief interlude

On the 29th of October, 1963, Y/n appeared in an alleyway in Dallas, Texas. They were alone and their body ached, longing to give up and lie on the dirty concrete for several hours. Nonetheless, they stumbled against a wall to catch their breath and cry as the time vortex closed above them, leaving them alone on a quiet night.

They weren't there for long. They could feel something happening.

A rift appeared behind them. Y/n dropped and the rift enveloped them completely, leaving the street empty and quiet.
