"Give me a general direction on where you are, Ju-Won." You said into the phone, trying
to get a general area of where he was, even though he said he was close to you.
"Do you see a bridge on top of a river? It should be on your right?" He said, voice a little
shaky, even through the phone.
"Ah, yes I see it." You said after locating the bridge he was talking about.
"I'm next to it. Please stay on the phone, I don't want to be alone right now." He pleaded,
not that you were going to leave him alone.
"Don't worry, I will." You said as you started speed walking towards the bridge.
Looking for Ju-Won's car, you started looking up and down the openings. You see a car.
"Hey, I think I see your car. Can you flicker your headlights?" You asked to confirm it
was his car. Ju-Won doesn't say anything, but you can hear him flicker the car lights. The car lights in front of you start to flicker as well.
"Ok, I can see your car. I'm going to hang up." You said.
"That's fine, knowing you are close." He said, giving you permission to hang up the
phone. As soon as you did, you ran to his car to not have to make him wait anymore than he has so far. When you got to him, you saw Ju-Won holding a golf club, walking in the opposite direction of you.
"Ju-Won. Put the club down." You tried, but he didn't hear you, being in a trance like
state.
"Ju-Won. Put. It. Down." You said again, and this time he heard you. As he put down the
club, you slowly walked over to him, grabbed him on the arm, and led him to the trunk of his car that had been opened.
"Tell me who did the crime." You stated firmly while holding him down to his thigh to
make sure that he didn't try to make another move.
"My-my father..." He said, which surprised you.
"As in the leader for all police officers in the COUNTRY?!" Was it really that Gi-Hwan?
"Mhm..." You had to think quickly on your feet. You can't leave him alone out in the
rain, but you also can't take him on stage for the fear of people trying to meet him after the show. Plus Chan had said that he should stay backstage. That was the best solution you could think of.
"Why don't you come back with me. My bandmates need me right now, but you also
need me. They won't mind you backstage." You said, still standing underneath the trunk
lid to protect you from the rain that was now pouring down.
"Are you sure? I don't want to be a bother-"
"Stop right there. You won't be a bother. You need comfort, and it's ok to admit that.
After the show, we can talk about what you want to do and what we can do about arresting him." You said.
"Al-alright. We can do that." He said, which made you relieved.
"Are you ok with walking back or should I carry you back to the stadium?" You asked,
which surprised Ju-Won. Were you able to carry people?
"You can do that?" He asked, just to clarify.
"I can if you want me to. I'm able to carry all of my band members when they need
comfort." You explained.
"Could you carry me then please? I'm too tired to walk, and honestly just need some
time to process everything." He said, calming down enough to have you let go of his hand and not do anything he would regret.
"Of course I can." You said before looking next to him to find an umbrella. Grabbing
one, you asked him to hold this while you carried him to the stadium. After him grabbing on to the handle, your arms went around his waist to support him in a good way. Walking back was completely silent.
"Ok, you just stay here for now. I need to finish the show right now, and then we can talk
about who you know and where to go. Ok?" You promised as you stood up from the couch.
"Alright." Ju-Won said, laying his head on the couch to take a short nap."Is everything ok?" Changbin asked. He was a little distracted when you had left
because of the text.
"It's so much worse than I thought it would be." You said standing next to him.
"What exactly happened?" He asked as he turned a little to make sure you weren't
crying at all.
"I'll... I'll tell you after the show." Now was not the time to explain. It would take too long.Ju-Won's nap was very short-lived. He was half asleep when he felt his phone vibrate.
This better be good.
"Hey, where are you? Everyone is worried about you." It was Dong-Sik. He had never
shown any worry about where Ju-Won was ever before since they both started working together.
"Y/n picked me up. They were the closest to me, so I'm with them right now. Meet me at
their stadium at 10:30. I know who the killer is." Ju-Won explained to Dong-Sik through the phone.
"Ok... Why did they get you in the first place?" He just wanted clarification.
"I didn't trust myself being alone. They were the closest to me." Ju-Won said, yet again.
"Alright, I'll see you at 10:30. Just send me the address." Dong-Sik said.
"I will, don't worry." Ju-Won said before hanging up the phone."Goodnight guys!" You yelled down the way as you stepped down the stairs that were the
exit of the stage.
"You make Stray Kids stay!" Seungmin yelled as Changbin followed close behind you.
Seungmin being the last one, Changbin followed you over to where Ju-Won was on the couch.
"Who did it?" Changbin asked as you stood over Ju-Won who was still sleeping.
"His dad..." You said briefly.
"Who is his dad?"
"Gi-Hwan." You said, and ever since you were getting into this case, Changbin has been
trying to help with little things, and watching the news was one thing. He knew who Gi-Hwan was.
"Wasn't he was the guy that was on the news for-" Changbin started to say, but you
knew what he was going to say
"It was him." That was all you needed to say. You continued to stand over Ju-Won before
moving to the couch.
"Y/n?" Ju-Won asked, waking up from his very needed nap.
"Yes dear?" You asked, lightly running your fingers through his hair. It was just a natural
instinct.
"I told Dong-Sik that he should meet us here at the stadium to talk about a-arresting..."
"Your father?" You finished, knowing it was going to be hard for him, "That's fine, we
just need to find a private room for that conversation."
"There should be a meeting room right there on the left." The backstage manager said,
pointing to a little room that looked like it had a chair in it.
"Perfect, thank you so much." You said as you heard the door open.
"Hey guys, I'm here." Dong-Sik.
"CHILDREN+CHAN!" You yelled to get everyone's attention. Once everyone had
turned towards you, you started talking again. "I'm going to be busy for a bit. We will be out in about 10 minutes." Everyone was fine with that, but Seungmin seemed a little weary about it.
"That's fine Y/n, take your time, we don't have anywhere to be tomorrow." Chan said,
turning his attention back to Felix."What exactly are we going to do? We need to get him arrested asap." You said after
closing the door.
"We're going to have to do it tonight. I don't think he will stop doing what he's doing,
ever."
"Are you sure? I mean this can take a few more days to think about." You tried to reason
with him, but he wasn't going to budge.
"We can't have anymore deaths. We've had so many throughout the year," Ju-Won
explained, "I'll go in first. He's in his office based on what I know. So, I'll walk in there, and call for backup, you guys, if I need to." Ju-Won said, before standing up and pacing around the room, as if he was unsure about doing this plan.
"If you're 100% sure about this, let's do it. This guy needs to get locked up for good."
Dong-Sik said, and you agreed to.
"Did you drive here?" You asked Dong-Sik, knowing Ju-Won didn't.
"I did. I think your manager brought your cop car in case you needed to leave for a case
and you were in the city.
"Let me just go tell the others that I'm leaving and then we can go." You said walking out
of the door.
"Hey guys, something came up at the station, and I need to go. I'll meet you at the hotel,
ok?" You said after walking to where everyone else was.
"Alright... Just be safe." Seungmin said, the hesitation in his voice was clear, but it was
your que to leave.
"Don't worry Seungmin, I will. I always am." You said before leaving and walking out
towards the parking lot.
After driving to where Gi-Hwan worked, you saw the other police car pull up.
"Hey, do you know where he works at this time of night?" You asked Ju-Won, who was
in your car.
"He works in the same building as he does during the day, it's just a smaller office."
Ju-Won said, getting out of the car."Guys, I don't fully trust or believe Y/n. They acted really weird about them leaving."
Seungmin said after he heard the door close and you not talking anymore.
"I don't either. Hey Chan? Do you know what their police car looks like?" Minho asked,
looking around for Chan.
"I do know what it looks like. Do you want me to drive around to try and find it?" Chan
asked Minho.
"Please. I would feel safer if we found them." Minho said, standing up from his chair.
"Everyone, let's go." Chan said, grabbing his keys.Walking beside Ju-Won, you asked him if he remembered the plan.
"Yeah, I remember the plan..." He said, slowing down his pace a little bit
"Listen, I know you don't want to do this, especially to your dad, but this will be for the
better."
