"AUGUSTTTT!!!"

"CHARLOTTEEE?!?!"

The sound of feet pattering on the floor brought a smile to Charlotte's face, she grew up here and August was now a brother she got to make fun of. Charlotte stumbled backwards as August's arms wrapped around her.

"hey wheres my hug, don't ya think that your sister should get a hug first"

"ha, he likes me better"

"only cause you were the only person that would play with him when we were younger"

"whatever, put that pout away"

"Hi lottie, you staying for the night?"

"yeah..."

"if thats fine with you guys of course"

"Oh yeah always, always welcomed in our home"

"thank you, really appreciate it"

"Anytime Lottes"

As much as Charlotte loved JJ and Katie, the nickname they used for her always caused a little pang in her chest. Gracie's parents have always been nothing but kind and supportive of Charlotte, but every time that nickname was used, it felt like an ice pick was chipping away at the hole in her heart. A hole that not even the strongest hand could put a stop to the gushing blood that was slowly draining Charlotte.

"get this fucking thing off me, it fucking burns-"

"ow, what was that slap for"

"dont say that, dont say the fuck word, its a bad word"

"and plus, it was a light tap on your hand"

"nu uh, my hand is literally stinging right now"

"shut up, you're messing up your face mask"

"I dont even need a face mask, my skin is flawless"

"yeah well you gotta be proactive you know"

"be proactive just like your mama wanted you to be"

"Girl, clearly my mama was wrong cause right now, shes getting that slug facial treatment, six feet underground in that full of nutrient soil"
