The class I'd dreaded all day. I love gym class but since my gym teacher was also my coach this was not going to end well.

Remember when I mentioned me failing? Yeah, I was failing calculus. I could get benched for that and that was not an option.

I changed and joined my group of friends. As soon as I walked in, Austin and Liam died laughing. Javon found it funny too, he just didn't laugh when I walked in.

"Yeah yeah laugh it up" I don't know why I said that. I didn't want them to laugh at me...

"YOU'RE GONNA GET BENCHED"

"Oh thanks, Liam, say it louder for the people in the back."

Coco came up and hugged me. No, not now. My friends were acting even more stupidly than normal.

"Okay, now is the time you leave guys"

"Ethan, don't be mean to your friends!"

Babe, I love you but they're dumber than dumb. I wish I could say that to her face but even through all the crazy stuff we've been through I've only known her for three days.

Maybe I should put a hold on the L word now that I think of it.

Anyways, Coach was walking over and it was time.
"Excuse me a second guys" I met Coach halfway completely prepared to get benched.

"Ethan I-"

" Am I benched?" I know I said I was prepared but I couldn't stand to hear the words.

"What, no-" "Ethan I'm getting you a tutor for calculus"

"Wait who?"

"My amazing daughter, DAKOTA GET YOUR BUTT OVER HERE"

I mean that'd be nice if she did get her- ANYWAYS.

"Yeah Dad?" she asked

"You're tutoring Ethan, have fun."

Oh I will

"Hi, Coco!"

"Oh sh-"
