I've been talking with Austin for a bit. He's a great guy, he's kind and athletic. He makes me so happy.
"Lani?"
I turned in my bed to face Austin.
"Yeah?"
"What are you thinking of?"
"Hm, life."
"You know, we could have a life together"
"Ew, you're so cheesy!"
I got up and went into my bathroom.
I flicked on the light and hopped into the shower.
Once I was out, I did my skincare and got ready.
I put on my slippers and brushed my hair through.
"Lani!! Come here please!"
"Coming!"
I looked in the mirror and then opened the door.
Austin was waiting outside the door with chocolates, flowers, a bear, and a necklace.
"Oh my gosh"
"Will you be my girlfriend?"
I nodded profusely and hugged him.
"It's about time!!"
