Let's travel Palawan in Douglas' eyes.
Douglas Alejandria, a son of Cuyo's Vice Mayor, decided to leave their hometown and live alone and work his ass out to live in Coron. It was all good until one tourist came and changes the course of the world f...

There are a lot of things going on with Cory. I don't want to meddle between what was going on in her life and what she was trying to figure out. If being a distraction to her foggy world then I'll be one until she gets so annoyed with me and kick me out of her heart—I mean the island.
I went out while I gave her some space to think about what happened earlier. I thought she was just joking when she said she saw her ex-fiance earlier at the underground river. I mean, it would be impossible for them to be at the exact place and so, when I tried looking at the social media of her ex-fiance, well, that she was telling the truth.
What hurts the most was that he got married.
They were about to get married and he cheated, a year later, he married the one who she found the one he cheated on her.
Her life kinda sucks. Her wonders are hard to discover when it's been clouded by these foggy situations she was trying to clear out. I visited the near restaurant and they're serving refreshing drinks so I ordered one for myself.
When they handed over the drink to me, I've got a question lingering in my mind so I had to ask it away.
"I just wanna ask if you know someone na Dimaranan ang last name na nakatira dito?" tanong ko.
Napaisip naman itong staff at itinanong pa sa kasamahan kung may kakilala ba silang Dimaranan. When the person he asked shook her shook, I'm sure I'd be getting no answer from them. They've come to me and told me they don't know any Dimaranan in the area. He even asked me kung Dimaranan nga ba talaga ang hinahanap ko o ibang pangalan?
When sipping on my drink, that's the time I remembered Cory's biological family name wouldn't be Dimaranan after all. She was adopted by a family in Manila and I wouldn't know what would be her biological family's name when she wasn't able to mention them. I just knew they could be living in Palawan and none other than that.
While sitting on the bar stool, someone came next to me asking if I wanted a drink. She's a local based on her features and she was smiling at me.
"Hello..."
"Do you want something? It's my treat."
"I've got one already," I said pertaining to the refresher drink I have. "Thanks for the offer though."
"Anything?"
"No, but thank you."
"Are you a foreigner?" she asked.
"I'm half," I answered.
"Are you single?"
I smiled and shook my head. "I am not, Miss. I'm with my girlfriend. I think I'm gonna head back to her now... still thanks for the offer though."
I left the spot and could recognize she was a little bit disappointed when I told her I had a girlfriend. I don't have one, but that's a good reason to get away for some people who were try hitting on you. Sometimes I don't mind the fun and flirtation, but at some point, I don't feel like it, especially when I'm with someone who's prettier like Cory.
