Chapter 3: Graviton

Previously

Last time, a massive blackout in New York City caused the supermax prison known as the Big House to return to its full size aboard the S.H.I.E.L.D Helicarrier, which caused it to crash into the ocean. Not only that, the blackout also affected the other supermax prison, known as the Raft. Villains held in both prisons began to escape and cause all sorts of mayhem as they recollected their gear and attacked the guards. One such prisoner who was being held in the Raft was a man known as Dr. Franklin Hall. Hall was working on a project trying to recreate Dr. Abraham Erskine's super soldier serum when an accident occurred that gave him powers that allowed him to control all of gravity.

Fearful of Hall's new powers, the director of S.H.I.E.L.D himself, gased Hall and locked him up and kept him hidden from the world. While Hall was kept asleep for years, Fury ran experiments and tests on Hall to see the limits of his powers, later giving him the name Graviton. The blackout shut off the machines that were monitoring Hall and keeping him asleep. Upon waking up, Hall was reasonably angry at Fury, and with a little push from the villain, Baron Zemo, now excepting the name Graviton, Hall went after Fury, wanting revenge.

Airspace Above New York City: New York City

Fighting in the sky above New York City, Thor Odinson, the true Norse God of Thunder, was dealing with Franklin Hall, who was now calling himself Graviton, the master of gravity. The two were clashing back and forth with one another. Thor was using his magical hammer Mjolnir to shoot bolts of lightning at Graviton while Graviton would use his gravity powers to throw Thor around.

"Feel heaven's wrath fiend" Thor said as he fired a massive bolt of lightning from the sky down at Graviton

"This won't touch me" Graviton said as he put up a barrier around him, which reflected the bolt of lightning away from him

Thor then charged at Graviton, swinging Mjolnir forwards, sending him flying towards Graviton

"You face the true God of Thunder" Thor told Graviton before he hit him with Mjolnir

Graviton went flying towards the ground but was able to use his gravity powers to stop himself

"There is no way you can even think to stop me, I am the master of all gravity" Graviton said with a crazed look on his face

Graviton then charged forwards at Thor and hit him in the stomach, using his gravity powers to increase the force of his punch. The punch sent Thor flying backward, almost crashing into a skyscraper before he stopped himself.

"All father, give me strength" Thor said as he began to charge up an attack

Thor began to pour electrical energy into Mjolnir before he unleashed a large beam of lightning at Graviton

"FOR MIDGARD!!!" Thor yelled before he fired the massive beam of lightning at Graviton

Graviton didn't have time to react before he was hit by the massive beam of lightning. When Graviton was hit, there was a massive explosion in the air with a large cloud of black smoke. Thor let out an exhausted sigh as he had believed that the fight was over.

"Do not be mad, thou faced the Mighty Thor, this outcome be the only one that could happen" Thor said, looking down at the ground

Before Thor could leave, he suddenly felt an immense pressure crushing his entire body

"What is happening?" Thor asked as he struggled to move as his body was crushed more and more

"I control one of the fundamental forces of the universe, there is no way you could ever think to beat me" a voice said to Thor
