Cami smiled at me as she took my hands and we started to dance to our song; "Ho Hey", I began to think about that night years ago when we first heard this song.

I twirl her around and tip her back. She spins me around, we laugh and smile.

When the song ends we hold onto each other a little longer and I hear Cami start to cry.

I pull her outside and set her against my bike.

"What's wrong?"

She smiles.

"It's not anything bad, I was just thinking back to that night when we first heard that song. I miss those days."

I smile at her and then I do something fearless.

I kiss her and neither of us move for a few seconds in the moment.

I pull back and she looks both hurt and happy.

"Hey, I'll be right back. I need to use the restroom."

She nods and hops on the bike.

I rush into the diner and stand in the corner where she can't see me and I call Mike.

He answers on the first ring.

"Hey, Michelle was just about to call you."

"Cool, look I need you and Michelle's help."

He says ok gets Michelle by the phone with him.

"Mike I need you to come with me to pick out a ring, Michelle I need you to do something with Cami."

I hear Michelle gasp and Mike cheer.

"I knew it!"

"OK! Bring her over and we'll get ready for tonight just us girls."

"Thanks Michelle and Mike I'll be there in a few."

I hang up and head out to Cami and my bike.

We rode the whole way to the apartment without speaking.

"Why are we here? I thought we were meeting them."

I shake my head.

"No, Michelle wants to get ready with you and Mike and I have to go get something else for the baby."

Cami smiles.

I can tell she's relieved by this idea.

We get into their place and Michelle and Mike hurry over to us.

"Hey guys!"

Michelle hugs me and Cami, Mike hugs Cami and high fives me.

"Ok well you two go out it's girl time!"

Cami laughs as Michelle shoves me and Mike out the door.

"Bye ladies!"

I call over my shoulder and then once the doors shut turn to Mike.

"Am I insane? Because I feel like it."

Mike laughs as we head down.

"No, you're just in love. She'll say yes no doubt."

I hadn't even thought of what she would say now I'm worried she'll say no.

We take Mike's car to the jewelry store and I look around for a while.

I ended up grabbing three necklaces one that has waves on it for Tina she's always loved the ocean, one with a peace symbol on it Casey has always loved that symbol, and then one with a baby elephant and a big elephant for Michelle she had a thing for elephants and this was fitting since she was going to be a Mom. Mike picked out a little bracelet that said love on it for Michelle.
